Worst hotel

Too bad experience it was, one of the terrible experience I ever had in hotels, there was no ventilation, no geyser or hot water, and there are too much mosquitoes in the room and no refill, and there was bad odour all the time that it went difficult to stay whole time.

very bad service no complimentary breakfast there they taken 1000 rupees cash extra for booking charge no cleaning happened used room given not clean very dirty

Blankets, Towels & Mattress were very bad condition inside the room. Staff were good behavior but very lazy to work. I ordered two cup tea, he bring after one and hour. They don’t have any breakfast, taking order from us, bringing from outside, making just little hot, then serving to us. I saw on location same condition. These type conditions also can be manageable but according to price can not manage. All near by same ambience hotels are giving more than facilities just only 1200 rupees per night, even same hotel is also giving rooms just 1500 rupees per night offline mode. But they are cheating with more than double price with make my trip. Thanks

Over all good place and good staff behavior with prime location

No food facility at Hotel only water,and tea available , location is good, Facilities are OK but staff is not cooperative

bathroom and room is very small. not worth paying no basic provided except towel and small piece of Life boy soap

Very decent hotel with great facility, staff are very friendly and located at centre of the city . Loved to stay here

Booked the hotel for 2 rooms for 02 october to 03 october. We reached hotel at 5 am on 02 october as our train reached early. They denied us rooms at that time and we paid extra 1000 rupees and we got a room while we had, 3 people with two rooms booked. We just kept our luggage and went to ghat after an hour and left hotel around 4 pm with no rooms provided. The money we used to book rooms was wasted plus extra 1000 rupees.

The location was good but the room was so small according to the rate and the hotel was not neat and clean

The hotel did not have working tv. Water problem in the flush. Telephone was not working. It is just for the sake they are running the hotel. 1 soap provided for 3 person. So that was pretty bad for what i had paid for.

No hot water. No cleanliness. Lighting not proper. Unclean bathrooms. Rooms are small. Only good is it is near to railway station.

Room condition is too bad, as compared to price mosquitoes are there, bed sheet is torn overall not a good hotel

My discomfort during my stay in this hotel should be circulated among those who actually plan for a stay at gaya any time in future. First of all, its rent cost is very very high, which does not justify at all. Several other nearby hotels are available with better price and location. Second, the room service was very very poor. Nobody would respond to your telephonic call. Once, i was hurry to leave for rajdhani express early in the morning, there was no water in the bath room. Rang in the inter come, but no body responded. I had to go to the reception in the ground floor. Found the attendant asleep with the handset off hook. I wake up them but my efforts did not work as water could not be resumed on time. The bath room had a big uncovered hole making its use with discomfort. The fittings are too old, either broken, unserviceable or odd looking. There is no bed lamp in ac deluxe room. I am sure, the same fate existing in other rooms too. The ac deluxe was equipped with an old 19 inch tv, justifying it's status. Finally, the lift. It was looking as if the owner exhausted all his fund before completion. The walls were left unplastered creating very look. This hotel is a nonstandard one. Please try to avoid it.

Location is good but amenities are not good like ac is cooling properly, no geyser, no intercom fan is noisy

Room and bathroom not clean. No resturant. Outside area of hotel is very dirty. Even no restirant in hotel. However, staff is good.
