It's very close to the us consulate (800 meters to walk. This is the main attraction, plus the managers and staffs are really good. They are kind and helpful. The tips they gave me on when to go there for the consular interview and bio-metric was really practical and helpful since they have been running this for a long time, they are up-to-date on the current situation. Stay-wise, it's a budget friendly stay. The rooms are okay. The ambience is good. To save power, a/c switches on and off by itself, every other minute. That was the only distraction i had. We can order food online. The complimentary breakfast could be improved and they could serve enough tea when we ask them. Similar minor things could be improved. Overall, very good experience. Thanks to the team.

Had overall good stay. Stayed in their suit room. Pros: 1. The Hotel Crystal Park is near us visa consulate which is biggest advantage of your have early morning appointment. 2. The person at reception is very co-operative, helped with taxi bookings and other visa information. Other staff is also good. 3. We had late night flight hence our request for extension of room upto 6 pm was accepted with payment of reasonable charges. 4. Rooms are okay for the price charged. Bathrooms are clean. Cons : 1. They don’t have a full time restaurant and breakfast is outsourced and serves the purpose. The staff can arrange tea coffee / food from outside.

The Hotel Crystal Park manager was very helpful and kept us informed about the visa processes which was the purpose of our stay. Also, he extended his support in every possible way from safekeeping our belongings to guiding us. The other Hotel Crystal Park staffs can speak only hindi, that could be a concern for non-hindi speakers. When it comes to food, you have to rely on food delivery apps mostly, or go outside. The morning breakfast was not that great, btw it was complementary. Overall a good place to stay with family for a day or two.

Quite comfortrable stay at the heart of the chennai city and highly recommended for people planning to attend visa interviews to the united state sofa america. Hotel staff are well knowledged and helpful. Everything ok except that the check out time which is is 11 am should be at par with other Hotel Crystal Parks normally 24 hours. Any way they proivded us with a storage place to keep belongings.

Good place to stay if you are traveling for us visa appointment. The interview centre is just across the street which is easy to cross through subway. Bio-metric at v15 minutes walking distance. The rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. Ac, hot water, ironing facility, modest, utilitarian amenities. Basic but unlimited south indian breakfast.

Went for my us visa interview. Person at the front desk was extremely courteous in answering my queries. Rooms were great. Staff is quick. Only 2 mins walk from the consulate, so u can escape the locker mafia.
