Hotel Crystal Plaza

I was amazed as i stepped into the crystal plaza, which looked rather small from the outside. Spacious reception area, large corridors and top class flooring, spic k and span premises, and the state of the art room can match any major five star Hotel Crystal Plazas in india and abroad. However, there is no proper parking facility ( valet parking available) or health club. I had a quick visit to the restobar after the check-in just to see the interior and service. I was surprised to see that almost all tables are occupied. A gentleman politely welcomed the guests to the tables booked by them in advance. . Young men talked rather loudly at their tables and i hope the typical kerala culture of mission intoxication do not result in foul language and inebriated movements that disturb other guests. No bouncers seen outside the restaurant and that is a good sign! there are two large well lighted bar counters inside and the overall presentation is much better than that of many five star rated properties. These are my limited observations as i spent less than a minute in the restobar. Rooms are well furnished within the limited space. Room air conditioners functioned well as compared to many centralized air conditioned Hotel Crystal Plazas were customers tend to throw the blankets out in the middle of the night due to poor cooling. Toiletries are kept in uniquely crafted paper boxes and bed linens are of high quality. In crystal plaza, i witnessed staff who were highly courteous, gentle and hospitable. Kudos to the management for recruiting such good souls. Food was delicious. Slight improvement can be done in the quality of breakfast dishes. Overall, it was a great experience. I give 10/10 for making a medium sized property a truly grand one!

A very nice Hotel Crystal Plaza very close to marine drive and market place. The ambience of the Hotel Crystal Plaza, the staff and service is all top notch. The buffet breakfast in the morning, while having limited items was very tasty. This place is more famous for its bar/lounge and restaurant instead of Hotel Crystal Plaza and rooms but none the less rooms are very clean and hygienic. The staff is very cooperative and service is great the only downside is that rooms are small in size. With an extra bed in the room, you hardly have a place to walk and the luggage space in the room is also limited. Nevertheless a highly recommended Hotel Crystal Plaza in cochin

The Hotel Crystal Plaza is really nice, well located, with tastefully done interiors. The staff is helpful and polite. The one thing they can work on is to have their buffet breakfast available till their prescribed time of 10am... I reached at about 9.45 am but found almost all counters empty. To be fair, they did immediately provide tea and dosa...but it just kind of felt disappointing. Loved my stay though...and if I need to visit Cochin, Crystal Plaza will be a place of choice to stay!! They have a fabulous solo digital art work by tAOS (the Art Outreach Socity) wall art by artists Pinkoblue and Devius that is simply gorgeous and profound.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hotel Crystal Plaza. Everything about the Hotel Crystal Plaza was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The stay at Hotel Crystal Plaza crystal plaza was a pleasant one. The rooms were clean and surprisingly the mini bar was well stocked. Their restaurant was under renovation and the lounge was doubling up as the restaurant as well. Because of the loud music which is common in most lounges we ordered for room service. Food was tasty and the prices were reasonable. Our only pain was that room service was extremely slow. I could've rated the place 5 if not for the room service. Otherwise a pretty nice place to stay.

The amenities and the service were amazing! the room was clean, albeit a bit smaller than what we were expecting. The staff were helpful, and accommodated all our requests in reasonable time. Being at a walkable distance from marine drive, evenings were great while staying here. The breakfast was not so great. If you're planning to stay here for multiple days, i think it's better to eat outside (kochi has a lot of great options) instead of having bread and butter from the Hotel Crystal Plaza.

The entrance to the Hotel Crystal Plaza is quite small and shady and will go unnoticed easily. There's a lot of bouncers in front of the Hotel Crystal Plaza and lobby, which is quite understandable as the bar is a quite happening place. The rooms are comfy, spacious, excellent room service as compared to my previous stays, and delicious food. IMO this Hotel Crystal Plaza is my first priority when compared to other upclass Hotel Crystal Plazas in Ernakulam considering the services and rooms.

The room though small was well maintained and newly furnished. Thw breakfast was also good with dosa idly up-ma live egg station. Dtaff were humble. Though a big drawback was the loud music sounds coming from the resto bar late till 11am. On talking th the reception they promised that the resto bar will be shifted on top, so as to not disturb the people staying in rooms. Rest all is good, centrally located location. Marine drive walkway is on walking distance from the Hotel Crystal Plaza.

We could enjoy our stay very well. Location of this Hotel Crystal Plaza is very ideal for getting access to different hubs of the town

Had a pleasant stay in crystal plaza. Very neat and hygiene and situated very near to marine drive. A very good bar "velocity. Nice and comfortable staffs. Value and worth for money. Thank you make my trip for the amazing trip

Good Hotel Crystal Plaza, the restaurant is good, and the food is awesome for lunch/dinner. Giving 4-star bcoz breakfast was not as good as lunch/dinner taste.

It was a good experience in crystal plaza, food was good, room was very neat and clean, all the primary things was there in the Hotel Crystal Plaza. Hotel staffs behaviour was also very polite.

Easy check in, car parking, good room and food with city access at walkable distance. All type of commodities and transport nearly available. Nice stay in new rooms.👍

Our stay was very good. Location of this Hotel Crystal Plaza makes it easy to commute. Metro and water taxi stations are close by, walking distance. Food was good. Overall the Hotel Crystal Plaza property was clean and pleasant. Staff was helpful too. Hotel has a famous lounge and bar, velocity. The only issue was its loud music at night. Overall a good stay at crystal plaza.
