Location wise it is in the city but little congested area. Car parking on the road side, which is a little risky. Room service is average and lift was not in working condition,as repair work was going on.

Clean and hygienic conditions, professional and polite behaviour of the staff and good location. Had a great stay with family

Service and hospitality was not up to mark very few staff was present, hotel room was not clean and dirty smell all around in the room i lived in this hotel for 4 days but room service not to change bed sheet n blanket cover any day

I did not go to the hotel, I talked to your executive that the money will be returned, but the money was not returned.

Hotel deep awadh staff are very polite and friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Wash room is also very clean. Location of this property is easily accessible and around 1 km from charbagh railway station. Love to stay here during my next trip to lucknow.

I needed a stay for a very short duration close to the place of my work. This is a decent place with a good bed and food. Courteous and honest staff. When i forgot my items while checking out, they even called me to remind me that i had forgotten some item. Overall a nice experience worth that money

There are lot of difference between photo and actual rooms. Room ac not working properly. Toilet size is very small

Hotel was good for stay and their food quality is goos but it little on higher side rooms are also good for price up to 1200-
