first time very bad room are not clean blanket are very dartiy bathroom is very darty no clean 😝😝😝😝😝

Room was in a bad shape and the desk manager arrogant. No assistance or any ac etc. Tv not there, not even a complimentary water bottle. Very bad experience

Picture uploaded are deceptive and the receptionist very rude, she should be fired, in hospitality industry it's all about being hospitality and should be willing to help customers. never stay or book this hotel. you ll regret. Booked these because of work in that area, otherwise should have never booked this dirty hotel. Booking need to verify the picture too. wasted cash for booking suit🤓, which was just a room with two beds😜.

Room is not clean dust in bed. Very costly room overall all good no lift have to walk a lot of staircase

They provide complementary breakfast at 9am. 3rd class service. Horrible bathroom. Money wasted

Pathetic service - a big zero rating - poor customer approach had booked it 2 days before as it was an urgent business trip for one day. The flight got delayed- reached at 02:00 at night- to surprise the hotel was locked - had to wait for 15 minutes as i had to stay for 5 hours and to check out at 7. 30 in morning- another surprise came -executive room i booked was unavailable and provided me with another stinky room - mosquito, dirty room and washroom-no amenity -no towel, no toiletries etc -drain was flowing adjacent to hotel. Upon asking for something to eat for dinner- was told it cannot be given. In morning called reception- the extension was not working. Went to reception to ask for towel, dental kit soap - basic bathing kit - only soap was handed and the was told this is only given. Somehow got freshened up and upon asking breakfast said - two choices are available -checked out with having tea only. I had given you for 5 hours which i couldn't utilize at least for a good nap after hectic schedule day - as a frequent traveller i had stayed in so may properties and i bet you people with lesser then this amount : full fledge facilities can be given. Moreover twice i had utilized your service-thought you people have improved - worst experience

I got a sound sleep and my child too. May be the room was homely. The foods are of good quality, however the rates are little higher.

Your booking has not been accepted by the hotel dream city guwahati. Your company be-fooled me and owe me my paid amount back

Not at-all a good place to stay. What ever facilities make my trip assured me in their booking slip they are not providing a single one. Moreover the room what make my trip charged me 2400 per night the hotel is selling the same room in rs. 1500 per night. It's a complete cheating from make my trip. Kindly let me know what should i do now

No room service, no breakfast menu of compliment. We have to eat what they have. Waiting time for check in and check out is horrible

Pleasant stay. Food was great too. All clean.

I had to ask for drinking water and they where charging for it and i had to say that i didn’t receive any complimentary water and all and final after talking the water was for complimentary.

Plea-sent stay, good maintenance, committed staff with positive attitude, hygiene restaurant with tasty food. Facing the highway round the clock transport facility. All together at affordable price.

Doesn't 3 hours to check in the night. Hotel refused room. We paid one meal per day. But we are charged. Make my trip must reward or refund part of our amount. They didn't gang e bedsheets

Paying high per night and hotel management is not giving basic facilities like toiletries kit not even soap neither changes the bed sheet, towels in three days even after complained multiple times. Not recommendable at all.

The location is good, expect more cleanliness in future.

It was a pleasant stay. The location is easily accessible. The food served was good quality. Hospitality was also good.

The only reason i gave 2 star rating is for the behaviour, manners and helpful nature of the staff. Other than that, nothing great to write about this hotel. Located next to isbt, rooms are okay and somewhat spacious but they lack basic amenities like a mirror in the bathroom, hangars in the wardrobe, some electrical points not working and most of all, even asking for several times didn't get the remote to operate the stb. Restaurant under renovation, so limited choice of food. In all, not worth for the tariff the hotel is asking for.

Room not clean and service very bad. Online booking price very high and offline is low price. They serve cold food. Bathroom was broken there is no mirror available. The amenities which company mentioned it's app there were no such facilities.
