wifi was not available. bathroom taps were broken. breakfast not uptomark. for dinner you have to order at 6pm

overall good experience.. location is best for Ooty.

No wifi, no toilet papers, no towel change, no hangers in cupboard, no coffee and butter in breakfast, an average breakfast and over priced rooms.

No Wi-Fi, Property is old and appearance is too old, they would have renovated the property. Everything is old fashioned. rooms are small and it's not worth the price I paid for

the resort is quite clean and affordable, the service and the manager were very responsive, they even have me a complimentary breakfast, this is the 3 rd time I am visiting this resort. the experience was amazing.

Food was very average geyser took very long to heat water rooms were very cold, blankets were very thin and no availability of heater beds and towels were dirty and stained drinking water dispenser was not working lack of hospitality from staff hotel was not maintained to its best parking facilities were poor would not recommended for others

Room service is lacking. No proper car parking on crowded days. Morning buffet food quality is good but the buffet organisation is very poor. So much chaos during the morning buffet.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the stay was comfortable. We requested early check-in and the receptionist was kind enough to allow us the same at some extra cost. But there are somethings that need attention like the rooms and bathrooms are smelly. The menu food can be better. The breakfast buffet was the highlight. Loved everything they served. The staff was also helpful and delivered whatever we asked.

Request a first-floor room for a breathtaking view of the hills, tea plantations, and the serene clouds. Ordering food via swiggy is convenient, and the tamil nadu-style breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend trying the tea and coffee prepared by chef sasi, and the almond milk at breakfast is particularly delightful.
