Hotel Fairstay

It was a good stay. 1 - service - staff was very attentive. 2 - mr mani assistant manager was very helpful and did all arrangement on time. He would call every morning and evening asking to arrange breakfast, lunch, dinner. 3 - location : of Hotel Fairstay was very good, it was within the valley surrounded by hills so, wind was less and less cold. 4- food : rat was good but north indian food to be improved. 5- overall experience i will rate 8 out of 10.

We stayed there for two nights in a two bedroom suite with balcony. Since we were given a room in the ground floor we didn't had much of views from balcony. Rooms and bathroom were clean and nice. We had a sofa in the first room with a queen bed and a king bed with RO water purifier and TV in the second room. Pillow cover and towels were OK. They have a small play area where kids can play. We ordered buffet dinner there for certain amount per head and it was excellent. The complimentary breakfast along with tea they provide is yummy as well. Strongly recommend this place just for their food. Overall, worth for money.

I would have given this Hotel Fairstay 5 rating but there are few drawbacks, like eating place (I can't call it restaurant) is very small and it becomes too crowded. Once a food item is finished it takes a little bit of time to get it replenished. But I must say that food is tasty and it can be enjoyed equally by South Indians and North Indians. They even allowed us to use their kitchen as we wanted to prepare some baby food for our 2 year kid. I would make a special mention of their room service staff, as they were very nice humble and they tried to fulfill all our expectations in their capacity.

Awesome gesture by Hotel staff. They will guide and serve you very generously. Rooms were very clean and neat. Overall service provided was very good. 1 area of improvement would road from main highway to Hotel Fairstay is in very bad condition and during the night time when you return to Hotel Fairstay there is no other option available. Very nice place to visit with family.

For the price we paid during the peak season, the property seemed a bit average. It is located on Conoor road a bit far from the city centre. The biggest drawback was the Hotel Fairstay did not have a dedicated restaurant and nothing seemed available in the walkable vicinity. Adding to it, Swiggy doesn't deliver in this area. It was a bit difficult for us to manage.

One of the best in Ooty. You get a nice private balcony and an awesome suite kinda room for such a good price. Price is pretty affordable compared to other alternatives. The only issue is that it's on a hilltop and the Road to the property is little shabby. If you have your own vehicle, this is one of the best option you got to stay. My stay was in february

We stayed around 3 days at FairStay Hotel Fairstay in the month of May, Room, service and Breakfast was good, staff were friendly. It is located 2KM away from the city. The road towards the Hotel Fairstay was bad and If we go by our own vehicle then the best option. Or we will have to walk all the way to find a bus or an auto. Rest all are fine.

Staff is really helpful and good people. Food is awesome, not every day same things, they change menu every day and that's what can make big difference at stay. Rooms are good and place is very in nature but one drawback, they sometimes don't pickup call on reception, so we have to reach ourselves sometimes but stay is really pleasant.

Stayed their for 2 days, locality is fantastic, away from City traffic. Got a call from manager Fedric one day before, staff Mani was very proactive for food order and any service required. Overall enjoyed.

The stay was fantastic and the Hotel Fairstay offered very good service. The Hotel Fairstay is good for family. There is a very nice play area for kids. Rooms were very big and good view from balcony

Its a good budget Hotel Fairstay. Room was clean and it had a good mountain view. Only drawback is that Non veg is not available in this Hotel Fairstay

Mr. Mani the property care taker help us even though our check-in was late by 12 and also helped us while checking out with couple more hours than the usual.

Room was good. Location is awesome . Can't get it anywhere else. Facilities are good

Got a call from Hotel Fairstay one day before really happy with the hospitality and food options even though Ooty was crowded, we got fabulous services from Hotel Fairstay. Definitely recommend to everyone. Rooms we were given were valley view were awesome. Looking at sunrise at Hotel Fairstay was just a blissful experience

Although it is located somewhat outer to Ooty, it should not be an issue if you are travelling with own vehicle. Their food and service was really good. The room was well maintained. The only drawback is they dont provide room warmer. Other than that, it was a good place for staying with family!
