Hotel Flora Inn

The moment we checked Inn, reception staff or other staff behaviour was very poor, not professional in any way. Before made booking online, we confirmed from the reception for a bigger room we booked super deluxe room category. But all room are the same minor difference but after that, we find we were tired ok. then telephone is not working, if we need something we have to go to reception then there is no soap in the washroom, dirty washrooms, after asking for dental kit they don't provide anything. He said you have to buy from outside, what's wrong with you man Is it a Hotel Flora Inn or what Poor service at all, don't ask for a star or ratings, first of all, improve your services, staff behavior, how to talk to a guest. What the best thing is lift is working at night.

From the moment we arrived we loved every second of our stay. The Hotel Flora Inn is remarkably clean and all the staff are friendly. Stayed here for my sisters birthday and visit to gurgaon. They gave us a birthday cake of complimentary fizz, which i thought was a lovely touch. All the staff did a great job of making us feel comfortable. Hotel staff was amazing specially ranjan and other staffs. Even all were nice. They full-fill our requests on time

Hotel is nice, staff behaviour is good they are cooperative. Specially the food services nice and the food too. Value for money. Only one thing lagging the rooms were not so much spacious but they are sufficient for one or two day stay. I recommend this Hotel to stay. One thing lagging in Covid-19 is temperature monitoring. They should check temperature of customer before entering in Hotel.

Location is at the side of the old delhi gurgaon main road. Food quality is excellent and served hot. Room service is also very good. Budget wise very cheap which may be due to off season.
Safety standards is good. Temp. Scanning is done for the visitors. Lift was kept down due to covid restrictions. Main entrance was kept locked during night hours.

As they have internal kitchen, maintain a on demand low spicy food and thali is great
Hotel maintain a good hygiene, only Hotel Flora Inn should serve food by wearing gloves

Hotel is over all good. Bedsheet should be more cleaned. Almost all tv channels are not available and asking for subscription. Apart from this, it is good to stay.

Services are prompt staff behaviour is good food is tasty walking distance to candor tech park. Cleanliness needs improvements - specially below the bed.

Have a nice price and Hotel Flora Inn service staff are great, homely stay with food options, food being prepared based on demand and non spicy
