This hotel is little off site from Chandigarh main town but their hospitality make it worth to come here. it's easy to navigate in google. staff/ attendents are very humble polite gentle man. Only thing what they can add is an intercom system although they share contact number of reception at the time of check-in so can call for assistance whenever you need. This was my 06th Visit and I found it value for money.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience i had at your hotel I had booked a room for two people and one visitor. However, upon arrival, the hotel management informed us that only two people were allowed in the room and that the third person would not be permitted. Despite my request to accommodate the third person by offering to pay extra, the hotel management refused and insisted that i book an additional room. I immediately contacted the customer service team for assistance, but they were unable to reach the hotel for resolution. Due to this inconvenience and the lack of cooperation from the hotel, we decided not to stay at the hotel. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has caused significant inconvenience. i hope that necessary actions will be taken to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future, ensuring better customer satisfaction. I was not allowed to check in even after u did pay for 3 adults, the hotel asked me to take 2 rooms. I had to wait for 1 hour oitsude the hotel & was still not allowed to cheek in

Hotel staff is disappointing 😞

The property was easy to navigate. Room was spacious The bed metres was comfortable but bedsheet was untidy also TV and internet were not working. I had to ask even for basic needs like water, towel, soap. I didn't get Wi-Fi access even after multiple requests

बाथरूम भी बकवास रूम भी बकवास धर्मशाला 100 गुना अच्छी और साफ सुथरी होती है उनके रूम में भी जाने लगे हुए हैं बेडशीट खराब है कमरे का बुरा हाल है मतलब ओवरऑल एक्सपीरियंस बेड

Comfortable stay or solo travel

I stay as solo person so i stay very comfortable and it's totally safe for me but i just want to say it's a suggestion actually if i'm not taking ac room so i need a windows for the ventilation it's little bit suffocation in there it's make me feel very hot so i want a some natural air otherwise it's very good

The information provided was wrong there was no allotted parking, the paid extra bed was dirty the blanket was smelly, the mentioned amenitites were not there, there was a problem in shutting the door of washroom. The receptionist didn’t know how to talk.
