Waste of money

Horrible path towards hotel more like a drainage, bed sheets had stains all over, could not sleep at night due to the noise of people running/walking around and yelling almost all night, however bathrooms were clean enough.

Dear Mr piyush, thank you for your feedback, firstly, we are not using stains bedsheets in my hotel. Cleaning is my first priority. Due to peak season all hotel guests goes to Rohtang pass early morning start from 1:30 am due to traffic jam, you know very well. Your phone was not working for Gsm map. Your phones switch was off. You have to carry your booking voucher for your record. You don't have any record for your booking. And was demanding unusual things.

Hotel Gold Palace, 500 meter from Manali market

Hotel Gold Palace location had nice staff, good and honest people and good facilities. I used the guest laundry. They had guest barbecues around a courtyard and it had a very family-friendly feel. The room was spacious. I loved having access to coffee at all hours and it has a red rose, too.

Do not opt for this hotel, as the person sitting in the reception was not smart, rooms are terrible.
