Hotel Golden Gate Deluxe

Stayed there for 2 days. Staff was cooperative and chilled out as well. Lift facility isn't there yet overall pleasant stay.

Its, near to metro Station and rooms are good.

Location is good but no lift in the Hotel we were tired, room is dirty and dust in the room, staff is good, food is good, bathroom not clean, no soap, no towel, no drinking water and bed sheet dirty.

Service poor (they switch off the ac when they want)

No room service available, no hot water after 10 pm, no WiFi, location is very congested, lights are not working, even TV was not working properly, it was a bad experience, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst hotel I have seen in my life, I was refused to check-in just because I requested them to show me room first. Zero mobile networks once you enter the room you have to sit in their lobby to get some network I had 2 phones with me one with dual sim, it was no network in all 3 sim cards Vodafone, Airtel, and Jio. No geyser, only way to get hot water is to get up early in the morning. Leaky and damaged taps. No night lamp either sleep in full light or full dark. No lift every time you get out of room is 3 floor only way is staircase. TV is just kept for name purpose no D2H connection recharged. Dirty stained bed sheet. Small insect like flies roaming in the room. Only one charging point in whole room. Second one was not working. Every morning the start their water pump which is so loud that it feels like we are inside a generator room. Service persons are like they are doing charity if asked for basic thing like water, cleaning or anything. I faced a lot of problem in this stay. The only reason of writing this long review is no one should face the problem I faced.

Cleanliness of room, smell in room and was room was the major concern. Although pahadganj is known for hotel at low price but the quality of room makes that money costlier in comparison with other areas tariff.
The room was smelly and paint was in everywhere in room in form of powder. Lights in room and wash-room were okay. Staff was good. Food was good. Major concern which soured my mind was cleanliness.

Hotel has no any lift, when I went to my room by stairs I feel tired.
Receptionist person was very bad, his behavior was not acceptable.

Location, room quality, cleanliness room, behaviour was good bathroom, 24 hour warm water, cleanliness bathroom, no commode shower, stagnant floor water was OK, make extra bill of food and water, taken extra, should sign bill at the time of food delivery.

Room walls were not good, no lift and location is also not that much good. Some kind of smell in room. I did not liked. Steep steps to climb.

It was great royal experience in hotel Golden Gate. The staff was fabulous. I would love come again in this hotel.

I have stayed two nights at this hotel when I was visiting India a few day ago. This place is less than 10 minutes walk from New Delhi station and is not a bad option for budget stay. The hotel is not very new and obviously can be cleaner. Most waiters don't speak too much English. The food they served is the highlight, affordable and tasty. You will definitely end up eating there.

Toilet is not maintained properly.
