Property is nice & near to Chokhi Dani so was good to stay nearby. Room is equipped with all required stuff like kettle, tea/coffee, mini fridge, central AC, Ambient lights etc. It has Foldable sofa that was a bless as I travelled with 2 kids and need not to say anything for extra bedding . Washroom was very good as it has modern shower and separate fix bottles for shampoo and liquid soap. Overall they provide everything that a decent stay should have. Food was tasty and healthy as we ordered parantha which was wheat based. Food is little expensive though so plan accordingly Property is nice & near to Chokhi Dani so was good to stay nearby. The Hotel Grand Maple’s Reception / Customer Service staff is very rude, and not helpful. The staff created an issue for the addition of the child along with 1-adult. However the child only stayed 1night out of 2 nights, the reception staff blamed us and asked us to pay INR 1,000 extra per night. Till we called the Customer Care at Make My Trip.

Hotel stay was amazing. Room was neat and clean when we entered. Room service was reachable at all times. Staff was really helpful with everything we needed. Food was good too. Breakfast buffet didn't have any non-veg options except egg, that's my only complaint!

We had pleasant check in and check out experience. we book 1 room for 3 adults. as pre instructed they have alloted us twin beds. We had nkt booked room with breakfast , so we paid extra Rs 350 + gst for breakfast. Whether u plan to have breakfast or not, its always goods to book room with breakfast. Auto took Rs 135 for JECC. We shall book again when we are at Jaipur for any event at JECC
