Excellent Stay! Must for family stay

Our stay had been excellent here. Food was freshly cooked and served well. The hotel is very close to Ropeway with just few minutes of walk. Local places like Nag Tenple and Park is also very near. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. So in all, highly recommended for family stay!

Basic hotel near the skylift. Room charges are on the higher side compared with the facilities. Rooms are below road level and are dark and cold. But the size is large including bathroom. Because of poor ventilation odor from bathroom and mustiness persist. Rooms are not heated or air-conditioned, the latter not necessary. Limited food choice.

Bashroom is not good, tv is very old model and not working properly, room lock is not working properly, there is no elevator or lift services for 3rd floor which is very disappointing for us as we have 2 years kid

Compared to all the other hotels seen around this was much better and it had generator also which other hotels didn't have around. There was tea sachets also in the room and room was pretty.

1. Location ok 2. Room condition pathetic 3. No view room 4. Food good 5. Staff good 6. Stinking washroom 7. Dirty linen 8. Non functional phones 9. Decent parking 10. No central heating 11. Only 1 ltr water per room per day irrespective of the number of people 12. Open tea bags 13. Dirty electric cattle 14. *mmt made it worst* by making it *non refundable* 15. No lift worst stay in this price range. Please reconsider the costing, be honest with room conditions and keep it refundable so that customer can avoid this trauma
