Hotel Grover Regency

The experience of hotel stay was not very good. The location of hotel is excellent and lot can be done on the property premises regarding upkeep and maintainance .

Terable experience, no ac, no light, no water in hotel, it's not a hotel its a just like dharamshala

Stinking rooms. Rotten wood door frames. And you can't even enter the washroom these stink like gutters. Single person working as caretaker cook. We specifically booked this room for 3 and when asked for mattress, he behaved like he is doing a big favor. Though we never used as there were cockroaches all over. We booked this room believing the pictures , however the room was total disaster even after we paid 500 extra for the upgrade to get better among the worst. Totally ruined the trip.

Staying at this property was horrible. The staff was not all cooperative. The washroom was not clean and water was not coming breakfast was included but the didn't provide us with the breakfast rather charged us for the dinner. I would not recommend any one to stay at hotel grove r regency!

Room conditions were terrible therefore i have not stayed in grover regency naina devi. Refund my amount and duelist this property. Room conditions were pathetic and terrible. Dirty toilet, dirty bed sheets, odor, insufficient lights etc. Not worth staying at all

Don't go it's totally waste of money. It's better to go and find room by urself that's easy. This hotel is very bad and very very bed room service and all other things they take extra charges.

First they show a room with very old fashioned bed with dirty bedsheet and all they we request the owner to change the room then finally we got one room but bathroom was awful, no water in the bathroom whole night and in the morning they requested us to use others room bathroom. That was also dirty. Totally bad experience not recommended at all.

Good service, good food, very clear bed.
