Hotel GVS Residency

Let me first discuss the "Premium" room. It was clean, quite big and also the furniture was clean and well polished. The bathroom was big and the taps seemed to be new. It was evident that a good investment and care and effort was used. The staff's behavior and presence was excellent!! Felt good staying in this hotel. Only problem was that the restaurant was under maintenance and we had to get food from outside!! It was an excellent stay !!

I'm very disappointed with my stay at gvs residency. I booked a premium room but air conditioning was not working properly. The rooms were not clean, bedsheets and towels were dirty. There was no restaurant in the hotel even though it was mentioned . We had no option to eat dinner and the hotel staff were not at all helpful or courteous. We had to literally for 2 days. There is no room service. Even drinking water is not provided unless asked for . We had the worst experience ever.

GVS presidency yercaud we stayed two days and one night. Traveling and dissolving to the hotel. Very nice staff, greeted us with love. Clean, comfortable hotel. All speciality has. The loving Behavior of the employees, mainly attracted. Hotel Management Special and Thanks. When Yercaud goes again there is Thanguvom

The stay was really good. Excellent rooms , prime location and well behaved staffs. Overall a good experience.

Room was neat and comfortable. Hotel is near bus stand. Food was food at reasonable price. Very gentle staffs. Liked stay at GVS.

Location is very good. Restaurant under renovation & can give no food comments. Staff team are very polite, courteous, helpful and prompt in their services. Suggestions : double bed is not actually a double bed ! hangers to be provided. Force of water in health faucet very low. Wash basin size is very small and water spills all over into the room & getting wet.

Booked premium+ room and had some issue, after spoke MMT support issue resolved and they upgraded the room to studio, Very spacious, luxury room in that range. Location is very good easy accessible for few attractions. Good south indian food for breakfast. Staffs are good.

I have been to Yercadu earlier too. this is must visit place. from connectivity perspective, auto and bus are in walking distance. GVS breakfast is an added advantage.

Most pathetic experience with mr. Prasad manager. Terrible behaviour also simple food order took 2 hrs to deliver 4 course dinner and no intimation on delay if the owner is reading this humble request would be please do not keep a manpower like prasad for sure i will write in every single travel portal about the pathetic service of this hotel and misbehaviour of mr. Prasad please do not visit this place ever

The hotel rooms were very neat but the blankets they provided stink-ed a little. But overall the stay was comfortable

Hotel was good. But rooms were small, they didn't provided with soap, shower gel, shampoo and toothpaste. Had to call them to ask. After that they only provided soap and water strict about check-out time staff was good and humble

The experience was good. The room was near and clean. Good service. Breakfast was nice. Spacious parking facility. Restaurant is also available. I suggest this place. Hot water facility was also available

Nice experience because the hotel location is nice view lake in front and be like small forest i bac side so we enjoyed.

Decent neat & clean accommodation. Staff are polite and treat friendly. The breakfast is delicious and seems like homemade.

The hotel is easier to reach, got good parking facilities. Check in at 11 am only. No. Lift facilities. The hotel looks neat, the cafeteria looks excellent with the view of the lake. Breakfast was great. 2 double cots were provide to cover our 4 member family. Toiletries were adequate. Our room had a small kitchen as well. If we plan to have dinner at hotel we need to inform them by 5 itself, else it will be delayed.

the property management wasn't friendly 1. asked for 500 rupees for early check in. 2. didn't provide soaps 3.breakfast was average

It was just near to the bus stand. The hotel room was good, clean and service was also too good. Had a very good experience

A small hotel with small rooms but neat and clean. The biggest negative is there are no lifts here. The room cleaning request was delayed on the 2nd day of our stay, we didn't want to follow up due to our kid's sleep time. They turn on the gen set only after we make a call doubting the geyser in the room. Proactive measure was missing.
