Pros.. 1. Staff are co-operative. Cons.. 1.Room size is small against the room rent. 2. Tea Kettle being provided but no sachet of tea/coffee/sugar. 3. Built-in restaurant is using for party, so occupants have to restrained on room service and when food order placed on room service either they say items requested are not possible as cooks are engaged to prepare party food or food will be provided 02-03 hours delay. I'd order lunch at 1300 hrs nd supplied at 1645 hrs. 4. Wi-Fi frequently goes out of order and when available , speed is terribly slow. 5. Stayed 03 nights, house cleaning performed only 01 day and it's took 02 hours to clean.

The location is very convenient. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We also ordered food from their kitchen, and it was tasty. The only drawback was that the washroom was quite small. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
