1.water coming from nul very slowly 2.The toilet seat is very dirty 3.The toilet seat gate is not open fully ,I injured my hand 4 overall poor experience with reception guys I think the name is kuldeep but sure. requesting to change rooms but he didn't get changed on my request. service guys are good people

I was riding solo. And i got the best dormitory. A/c was turned on at 9 in the evening even though the room was cool when i check in. I suggest this dormitory for solo travellers

Everything was good Clean and hygienic roooms polite staff and convenient lock near by Alam bagh metro and bus station

I had cancel-led my trip but i didn't get the refund

They don't serve well messy bed and room with no water and electricity and no service

There was no water provided by check in time also the tea coffee kit was not part of the room.

Very bad experience staff very rude behaviour room service terrible i don't like and my suggestion to all please don't stay here with family

Dorm is not good it is open hall in which beds are there and you have to sleep in open area. They are also not providing basic things provided in the dorm also the price of this place is high

Good location and average hotel, just front of isbt alambagh gate. But in restaurant should be upgraded

Hotel staff is not co operative and rudely talking and the way they are talking is not as professional and facility is not up to the mark bad experience

It was worst ever experience to stay there, receptionist and staff had no hospitality practices at all. No charging ports were working, hygiene in dormitory wasn't maintained, surface was so dusty. Hated this property.

The grand jbr. Give us very good service. It's was bed and bathroom clean an neat. I really enjoyed break fast there, i enjoyed south indian dishes. Thank you so much
