Good hotel with clean room but they will turn off ac many times manually from main switch, Overall good stay

It was a nice stay, right near the beach, the hotel staffs were attentive and helpful they helped me arrange scooty rental and are also negotiable. Just outside you get punjabi dhaba with excellent food and variety so this is a highly recommended stay at budget ☺️

The room is ok ok , washroom flesh is not working. They are not providing WiFi . Property is very old, Location is good. Not worth for money

Good hotel near to beach ,temple ,Thiruvalluvar statue, sunrise view point , best restaurant like punjabi daba Maruthi hotel is near to this place,staffs all friendly polite

okok for budget hotel..room was very compact ..if you come with luagge it's very tough to manage as there was no rack provided

Good budget hotel, staff is very cooperative. At a very prime Location, Sunrise point and Vivekananda rock are very nearby. Cleanliness is maintained.

using google map I found the location there is food service.. amenities and service is not bad... walking distance for vivekanand temple boat service and Sun rise point.

I have found this via MakeMyTrip. Amenities is ok for 4 rating because we found few cockroaches in the room.

As a solo traveler, this place brings in everything that is needed. A good air conditioner, instant room services and the unique selling point of this hotel is, it is at the Heart of Kanniyakumari. Beaches are near, sun rises points are near, temples and churches are near to this property. Plenty of eatery options outside the hotel and very friendly staff. Even though check in was at 12:00 , they let me check in early at 7 o clock it self with no charges at all.

Location was good and near the Temple . Well arranged sight seeing. Just felt Room was not spacious.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was subpar. Here are the issues we faced: - *Room Mismatch*: The room we were given did not match the photos shown during booking. - *AC Issues*: Instead of the promised split AC, we had a window AC that made noise throughout the night and it made the room humid. - *Cramped Room*: The triple bedroom was cramped, making us feel suffocated. - "Pest Control Issues: There were small cockroaches in room and bathroom. *Overall Experience*: Our stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Great stay with helpful staff we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff was courteous and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The only minor inconvenience was that we had to request to turn on the water heater. Other than that, everything was well-managed. Would consider staying here again!

I recently stayed at Hotel Jaas in Kanyakumari, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel did not match the expectations set by the pictures . The bed was infested with bedbugs, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the washroom was unclean and poorly maintained, adding to the discomfort. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and hygienic stay. The management seriously needs to address these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the rooms were about small like not very spacious. Washrooms were clean, hot water service was provided as an when required the hotel is situated in a great spot, walking distance to sea, restaurants and shops
