It is near to railway station and tourist location. Staff are very polite. It was good but no wifi and there were cockroaches

We have mention check in time 6. 00 am but hotel manager not allowed and ask me we allowed 6. 00 am but you check out 12. 00 pm without any night stay. Despite of vacant of room hotel manager not allowed check in 6. 00 am. I will not book any hotel.

मैनेजर ने आपको पहले ही बता दिया था कि आप का चैकिंन टाईम 12 बजे है आपने कहां हमें सुबह छः बजे चैंकिंन करना है हमने आपको रुम उपलब्ध कराया बिना किसी अतिरिक्त पेमेंट के आप अपनी सुविधा से 12 बजे रुम खाली कर दिया अब आप इतनी सुविधा देने के बाद में वन स्टार रेटिंग देते हैं तो धन्य है आप जैसे कस्टमर यदि आगे से आपको अर्ली मॉर्निंग चैकिंग करना हो तो एक दिन पूर्व कि दिनांक का रुम बुक कराये आपने रिक्वेस्ट भेजी पर क्या आपने चैक किया कि हम ने आपकी रिक्वेस्ट स्वीकार कि है या नहीं उस पर कोई जवाब दिया है या नहीं या आपने फोन करके पुछना जरूरी नहीं समझा इन सबके बाद भी हमने आपको रुम उपलब्ध करा दिया इससे अच्छा ओर क्या हो सकता है

Very dirty and suffocate room. Staff behaviour was too abnoraml. According to price hotel was costly.

Bed sheets were dirty, staff was not cooperative, they didn’t even bothered to keep our stuff in the cab. For family it’s not recommended.

familyThe rooms are big in size and spacious, lift facility is good location is very good the bathrooms are spacious also floora are x lean the restaurant is attaches with the hotel it is cheap also. Staffs are good. Marvelous experience to stay here for 3 nights

I found this hotel with reference of one of our relatives who was stay here earlier and give good feedback. I also happy with the hotel, hotel staff, and the food quality of their restaurant, i much happier with their food quality, the taste is very good and the quantity is also good and rate was genuine. So overall i'm very happy with my stay

Not recommended very poor service

The room and bathroom were not clean at all, service was extremely bad, the phone in the room was not working, i ordered 2 sandwiches and it was delivered in the room after 2 hours and 3 calls, the hotel provides only stuffed pratha as a complimentary breakfast and that was really bad. Not recommended at all
