They don't even bother to give a extra bedsheet and mosquito destroyer. The staff on reception counter is too arrogant to talk with. Food quality is not good. Instead of giving us a twin bed room. They allocated a queen size bed for four of us. Though we booked a super deluxe room. It was a worst experience to stay there.

Not satisfied need to improve room interior, bed, something in bathroom.

Previous reviews were wrong, I have enjoyed a lot here, Hotel staffs are good in nature. Food was delicious, and services were good.

Very very bad hotel in Digha, bathroom is very very dirty, food is very very dirty quality,service is very bad,but hotel location is good..

Very small room, dirty bed sheet, poor and broken furniture including dirty bathroom also. Toiletries was missing in the toilet whether it is showing in the Hotel amenities. Intercom was not working. Every time I had to go to the restaurant for place the food order. If you book this Hotel online you will get the two or three specific worst room only but on spot booking you will be charged a huge amount and then you can get better rooms and services. So in one sentence don't book this Hotel online.

We stayed there and also had the food from there. Evrything was fantastic. The food was very tasty and the quality and quantity was awesome. We really enjoyed the stay.

Worst hotel I have seen in my lifetime.
It a a terrible place to live in though the outside is good but the inside is terrible with soiled bed sheet pillow cover ,very dirty bathroom not even cleaned and soiled,no Wi-Fi given no tv connectivity and took 1000 rupees cash extra for 2 hours after 9.00 am over complete waste of money at 3850 and worst MakeMyTrip experience ever.
Hotel has cheated us with not worth 1000 rupees also.

The food was good, also the hotel had a perfect beach view, hotel staff were also cordial

All was good except complementary breakfast. Only puri Sabji and bread butter (limited quantity) were available.

Dirty bed cover, ill-maintained room, the fan was not working. Bed seemed like was not changed once used before by the last occupier. Toilets were dirty, towels were giving a bad smell and no toilet paper.

Services were pathetic. The restaurant was dirty, stinky and ill-maintained. The staff took an eternity to deliver an order. It became a total mess with unsatisfied clients shouting for a delay in order delivery. The service manager looked lost and incapable of fulfilling his responsibility.
Overcharged with maintenance was pathetic. It was dirty. The air-conditioned was too cool and the remote control was faulty.
Room was not clean. The corridor was worse, dim lighted and stinky.

The experience is good. Only one thing needs improvement timely room services.

The hotel staff are very arrogant, restaurant menu are very expensive, room sizes are very small comparative to price charged. Very unpleasant stay.
