Our experience was terrible. We just stayed there for 15 minutes. Didn't get the refund as well. Rooms were small and shady. Because of the bar it didn't seem female friendly.

This is my second request regarding my booking to jazz club hotel. the rooms were dirty, stinky and unhygenic. The hotel doesn't seem to be a family place its atmosphere and ambience was filthy. I raised my concern within 5 minutes when i reached there and spoke but my concern was not addressed i was put on hold for 30 minutes everytime and the hotel owner misbehaved over call. I went there with my family had a 8 month old kid with me and also my 75 year old parents and i kept on saying that i need a refund or pls shift me to a proper hygenic hotel i am ready to pay extra but my concern was not addressed. I kept on waiting.

Not at all recommended for family stays

It has an integrated club and bar not a family friendly environment. Rooms entirely different from what is shown in the pictures very tiny rooms. Bathroom flush was not working, hand shower was not working. Even the water provided was not drinkable.
