we are senior citizens and we came here for an early check in, they helped us out of the way & made us comfortable.staff is very cooperative especially the madam who is in reception counter. Rooms & location are so so, if they are having their own kitchen it will be beneficial to customers like us.

Exceptional!! hotel JBS MINERVA GRAND was studded with amazing staff. All were very accomodating and professional. I travelled with my 4 years old daughter and he was treated like a king there. Over all room was cozy and comfy. Thanks Minerva Grand

Good stay @JBS Minerva grand . Good parking place for Car too. Reception is friendly.if you order somethinv service people would be picking up for you.. it might be from other delivery apps like swiggy and Zomato
