Hotel JW Cruise

The rooms are very spacious. Everything is neat and tidy. All the things are sanitised before the guests are allotted their room. The hospitality is very warm. The queries are promptly catered to. I had the breakfast which was quite good. The Hotel JW Cruise stay is worth the price you pay. Surely wont be disappointed. Highly recommend. Location is also on the main road with rickshaw stand. Atm. Reliance fresh right opposite. Had a very pleasant stay with my family.
The rooms are neat and clean. The staff at the reception also welcome their guests wearing a mask. Sanitiser is placed at the entrance of the Hotel JW Cruise.

Location is perfect for what we needed, safe and although on a very busy road, it's quiet in the rooms. Food is good once you give specific instructions for cooking, otherwise too spicy for me. Staff don't really wear masks but that's not just the Hotel JW Cruise - everywhere we went in rajasthan, only 10% of people wear masks. Social distancing isn't practiced anywhere either across the state. The Hotel JW Cruise is clean, tidy and well-equipped.

Excellent location with clean room and good staff. Worth stay. You will never disappointed with the stay. Just one think Hotel JW Cruise needed to improve, that is service at the time of breakfast, service is too slow. They don't take our order as per our requirement. We asked for tea first but they took pohva first. So Hotel JW Cruise need to improve in this matter.

The property is located in a very good neighbourhood. You can access a variety of shops and services from here. Safe area. The property is also well maintained with courteous staff. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served well. Bathroom was very spacious. All equipments in the room functioning as they should. Spacious rooms along with good air conditioning.

Staff was very good and polite too every possible safety measure was taken regarding covid being a doctor hygiene was my top most priority and thankfully the hygiene standards followed by staff were top level.I m impressed and would book the same Hotel JW Cruise whenever I would again go to ajmer.

The Hotel JW Cruise is at one of the best location of city. It's too easy to commute and lot's of eateries and joints right outside the Hotel JW Cruise. Hotel was clean and hygienic. Though a bit expensive for a business traveler. More corporate offers expected.

It was a very nice stay in the property and the staff specially deepak and muskaan made me too easier to stay comfortably. Over all it was a very nice experience

Rooms are very clean a d spacious. Also food was awesome and rooftop restaurant is must to visit due to its beautiful ambiance and excellent staff services.

The most wonderful stay i ever had. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, we had veg and non-veg food and found this very good taste wise. All in all a good experience.

Hotel room are excellent with very neat bathrooms / beds, with reasonable rates, location of Hotel JW Cruise is good. Very friendly staff and assisted my kids with extra matress.

I am impressed by the quality of the service and hygiene they have maintained as per covid-19, it’s easy to reach, the room was brilliant and staff was friendly. I would suggest you to go for this Hotel JW Cruise.
