Great experience. Hotel staff and owner were very friendly and helped us with our commute as well. Location is close to Dal lake ghat and market. Tourist attractions are nearby as well. Recommended.

Connection with property members over phone regarding booking information was not good. They were tried to mislead me. Regarding information of address of the hotel was not mentioned in your make my-trip confirmation message. In google charge we have not got any information about hotel kalarose. Confirmed about booking over phone after discussion through by local driver and travel agent. No food is available in the hotel. Took long times to give service after giving orders. Room services were not good. But the stuff and other persons of the hotel were very good and frankly.

It was an amazing experience staying at bud-shah residency. The staff and hospitality was so good. Cleanliness, room and dine in was excellent. The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable.

Room space is not sufficient. Complementary breakfast was not satisfactory only bread and omelette were provided during stay.
