worst experience.Hotel owner or manager is very greedy and follow no rules.No extra bed given and also charged extra on extra bed for one.No bathroom towel given.Rooms are very very dirty and with very bad smell no options for change.we stay there because no refund for booking.I never forget that horrible night.

The room did not had an ac. It was not indicated anywhere. Then i had to pay extra to shift to diff. Room. Rating- 1. They deliberately switched off ac.

Old toilets with bad flush systems the bed had lipsticks of others good service staff but the overall condition of the room were horrible even the door was not working

It is available in shastri circle near by all amenities, food and easy transportation. Chetak circle is 2 knm and fatehsagar lake is 4 km away.

Hotel is very clean. Wash rooms are clean. Staff is very nice. All services are good. I stayed with my group and we have very comfort stay at katyani.

रूम तो रूम के जैसा लगा ही नहीं वहा, बाद में रूम भी चेंज करवाना पड़ा हमे। और वहा के वाशरूम तो ऐसे थे की पूछो ही मत । वाशरूम की साइज ऐसी की इंसान उसमे आराम से नहा भी नही सकता।. ऐसे रूम की उम्मीद नहीं कर सकता कोई।. लास्ट में मुझे 3rd or 4rt day के लिए दूसरे होटल में सिफ्ट करना पड़ा।. बैडशीट भी साफ सुथरी नही ।. में तो किसी को भी रेफर नही कर सकता इसे रूम के लिए

best location and hotel staff is good. my experience is very good

Location is good. But the quality of room is very bad, washroom is not cleaned properly, bedsheets are dirty. We stayed for 2 days and no room service provided. Hot water os also very limited available. They have served the drinking water in used bottles. As the bottel was unsealed.

Budget friendly place for couple of friends

There was an issue of cleanliness and no appropriate room services provided. No lift in the property.

The staff was very cooperative. Cleanliness is good. Location is also good in this budget. Room service needs improvement. Overall experience excellent in this budget.

Could have been more arranged. Bedsheet was not clean. Floor mate of bathroom was wet.

Good location for stay. Room’s facility are so good. Comfortable bad & hot water 24 hours available. All transportation facilities available on just walk 30 meters.

I stayed in ordinary room with family. The room smelled and there was no proper ventilation. Smell from attached washroom also came into the room. Bedsheet was stained and dirty. Not a good place to stay.
