Hotel KINARA GRAND-Vanasthalipuram

The quality of the rooms is extremely poor. The bedsheets are tattered, the rooms smell terrible, the bed sizes are very small, and the paint on the walls is peeling. Wastage of money

Room size of deluxe king-size bedroom is small. Room service to be improved. other facilities are good.

not that good. it's expensive as per the hotel interior. Linen was dirty. no proper instructions were followed

Room was ok, says 3 star hotel. You have to carry all your luggages from your car to the room. They don’t even ask for a courtesy. Room service will not respond for calls and call back after hours. Bedspread n pillows were smelly. Even after complaining they says it’s washed one never bother to even replace with another.

Rooms renovated is okay

The hotel was not well maintained. People were smoking in their rooms and the hotel was not feeling safe. checked out of the hotel at midnight and left. It was a very bad experience.

the location of the property is fine, but the Reception is worst, they are not giving the GST invoice,

Rooms need to renovate. People at breakfast counter should be polite to customers. Receiving and service is good

hi i liked the stay over here..it’s pretty decent room service is very quick. check in and check out was smooth. in terms of neatness..it could be better…otherwise had a nice stay

cockroach in the room, bad towels, noisy fan, smells bad, no fresh air.. bad hotel not recommended

Had stayed there from 3rd to 11th oct, staff was good, food was a bit expensive, breakfast was excellent.

The place was well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful and helped me with the rooms and luggage immediately with almost no waiting time. The linens and towels were very clean and the rooms were upto my satisfaction. If ever had to visit that area, would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Rooms were not clean. Leakes in wash rooms. The bill is not provided by the hotel. Not so good varieties in breakfast.

The hotel staff are not responding properly and there is no cancellation or refund facility and beded to improve it

Worst amenities. Bed sheet provided was very bad and perished with multiple damages and ugly stitches. Even pillow covers were worn-out. Management never bothered to attend properly except evasive response

The room provided to us is not in a good condition. As we were totally exhausted we have not requested for room change but the room is very shabby
