Worst stay ever

I had booked deluxe room but they provide me classic room. AC is not working properly. They didn't even know the meaning of toiletries. They have not provided toiletries. They didn't provide me bill. There is no staff after 10 pm till 7 am in the morning. Room's cupboard and drawers are heavily messed.
