Selected the hotel primarily because of its proximity to my friend's home, and my experience of my previous stay here (booked directly with the hotel by my friend). Got a standard room allocated on the 3rd (top) floor. The room was okay with marks on the floor and the wall adjacent to bed. All switches worked fine. The wardrobe was clean and had hangers. The split AC was grossly inadequate in cooling (probably needs a service) and the geyser was inadequate in providing hot water. The single night spent was not un comfortable - the bed adequately cushioned and the linen not stained or dirty.

Our recent stay at [Hotel Kranti inn] was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, being close to all the main attractions. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, which had a wide variety of options to choose from.

soloI booked hotel hotel through make my trip for stay from 29. 12. 23 to 1. 12, 24 and am-out of rs 9600 plus was paid through gpay. When i reached hotel. I was told by hotel. They had never mou with make my trip. They never had any information from make my trip. I called many times to customer care but no response and i had to take room in some other hotel and moving in latenigt looking for room around 12 in night in 10'c winter was worst horrowing experience with make my trip. No hotel stay, no response, no refund, no one care for my attempt to answer. Horrible experience. Parthipan
