Hotel Krishna Inn

it was mentioned to give club room but we have been given small room. Clearly mentioned 3 adults and also charged extra for it. But just small uncomfortable place to insert mattress mosquito and lizard in room overall not worth for money.

Very unhygienic and poor maintenance. Door locks not working bed sheets very poor

Is good and fast service m happy

Just a suggestion to add more breakfast menu.

Extra 800 charges taken tv not working after several intimation old tv replacement.

Safe & hygienic, nice stay in hote krishna inn, food quality-breakfast quality is not good.

We had a horrible experience in this hotel, we had booked 8 rooms for 3 nights. Upon late arrival also the rooms were in horrible condition. WC was used and not flushed, cockroaches roaming around in rooms and also over us while sleeping, fungus/termite spots noticed next morning on the bed linen tucked inside. Bed-linen had stains, oil patches, towels had lipstick and kajal, bed-sheets and blankets were dirty, probably not changed for several weeks! Rooms were stinking, bathrooms were in very poor condition, hot water not working, AC not working, internet not working, no shampoo, napkins or moisturizers given! Faucet handle in one room came off in our hand and water flooded in! There is no restaurant! We booked including breakfast expecting to have a restaurant but they would give us 2-3 options to choose from and fetch it from outside! Rooms show 2 couches and a coffee table on their website while booking, however they gave us only 2 rooms with that, rest of the rooms didn't have couches, when asked they gave us plastic chairs for a few rooms and still some rooms they couldn't provide! The hotel manager was co-operative and trying to do his best but the hotel is in very bad maintenance and needs to be revamped, he did whatever he could but it wasn't enough!

Worst experience. I need my money back as I paid for super deluxe room with sofa unit as I need it for doing work on the laptop and I paid more because I needed it. I showed the room pictures to reception saying I needed super deluxe he said we have only that available else every room has some or the other fault. Worst experience I need the difference money back.

The room are clean and the hotel management staff is worst . . Please don't stay

I like this hotel so much because their service, facilities are too good and its rooms are so clean, I feel peace in this hotel, their staff are so helpful. I and my group enjoy their service and feel so happy. Whenever I will come Dwarka, I will love to stay in this hotel. Thanks

Good location. May be I planned at wrong time in holiday season. Hence heavy crowd in complete town. Next time if I get an opportunity I will sure consider the same hotel for my stay. It would be better If they have attached restaurant in the hotel. There is not good restaurant in and around this hotel. This is one draw back.

Hotel is good but the service is not good and stop is not a very good. Location is good but room is very short and toilet and bathroom very short. Room service is not good one order and 2 hours service is not good. Thank you Hotel Krishna Inn Dwarka.

Location was very good For some of the facilities we need. To ask then only it was provided. Othwrwise stay was pleasant and no other complaint. Staff was co operative and helpful for local sitevisit

Room provided by SMS Rooms is really appreciable. Room was nice with nice treatment of staff. Clean toilet clean room and delicious food made us feel like home. It was just ... Location & Parking superb
