Dear Mr. Anandhu, Thank you for your review. However, we would like to clarify the situation for full transparency: As clearly mentioned on MakeMyTrip and Goibibo, Deluxe Rooms allow only 2 persons maximum. At check-in, we explained this and even suggested upgrading to a bigger room for a more comfortable stay. Instead, you chose to stay in the same room. Still, we allowed check-in for all 3 guests just to avoid inconvenience for you. Regarding your complaints: Bedsheets and pillow covers were already clean, and still changed again on request. AC was functioning properly – our AC units are serviced weekly. The room and washroom were clean at the time of check-in. It is very clear this 1-star rating was given out of revenge, simply because we reminded you of the room capacity policy. Regarding the baggage at the reception, there was a group booking at our hotel on the same day. Their luggage was temporarily stored in the reception area, which is a common practice in hotels, and not a personal service issue related to your stay. It’s really none of your concern how we manage group logistics. As for your booking, we noted that it was made under the name Saroj Kumar Patnaik for a single occupancy room. You arrived with two additional people, and as a gesture of goodwill, we upgraded your accommodation to a suite without charging any extra amount. We always strive to accommodate our guests and ensure their comfort, but it seems this effort wasn’t appreciated. Also, you mentioned the price of 2000 per day. Let us clarify: your booking was not for 2000, but for INR 1491, which was processed through a third-party platform. After all deductions, we received only INR 1136 for the room. We’re happy to provide value at this rate, but we also expect guests to keep expectations in line with the booking made. We are always open to constructive feedback, but we would like to ensure that any future reviews reflect an accurate understanding of the services and rates offered.
