The stay was really good and enjoyable. The service was also nice. It was a good experience overall.

Rooms are clean & neat. Hotel too is accessible as clise to the city bus stand. Has a restaurant.

Rooms were spacious and spotless. Amenities were excellent and well-maintained. Safety and hygiene standards were top-notch throughout the property. Food was delicious, with a great variety and attentive service. Staff were friendly, professional, and always eager to help.

stay is good. But MMT offer to my trip is bogus. I booked for single occupancy for a day stay. After MMT discount and credit card offer they offered 2300. But on reaching there I came to know during checkout, actual tarrif for single occupancy with tax is Rs. 2024. Got annoyed. MMT offers are bogus. don't trust.

Even though *two adults and a child* were *specified while booking* the complementary breakfast was provided to only two guests. Neither this was declared while online booking nor informed while checking in.

Clean rooms and fairly good service. We used it only for one night. The breakfast at the restaurant was also good and filling. Car parking is limited and we have to park on the road

Ac was not working. Ac control was in reception. Mattress was very bad quality. Bed was queen size and not enough for 2

Hotel staff friendly. Convenient to find restraunt. All nearby but hotel cleaning is very bad bedsheets all very smelly, floor very sticky not feel comfortable stay thank you

In room bed sheets were not changed since long time, due to this got some allergy and whole night no sleep. But we have informed hotel management. We didn’t get any proper response from them

Location wise in a good position. Near to main bazaar, bus stand and karaikalamaiyar temple. Attached with vegetarian hotel karai amudu which served delicious lunch and tiffin. 24 hrs hot water and wifi facility. Car parking is having limited space. Room is very clean and neat. Staff are very courteous. As per my enquiry with hotel staff, 24 hrs check in check out facility is there mm t booking tells 12am to 12 am, this may be updated as 24 hrs checking and checkout.

We - family of 3 members - stayed in karaikal le arul on 2023-dec-13. It's a great place to stay very nicely designed and very well maintained room. A/c was perfect. Linen, pullows and extra bed are so clean. Staff are so polite and courteous. They addressed all needs even before we ask. Breakfast was so hygienic and delicious. As there were not many cars, we had a good and sufficient parking inside. They have only veg food options and rooms are just compact

Located in main area. Restaurant, shopping are nearby. Decent stay. Food quality is good. Tirunallar temple is 10kms nearby
