Hotel Le Garden

I had booked 2 rooms, the rooms were very neat, well maintained. The property manager went an extra step to make sure we had a bigger room as i have 6month old twins. They have decent parking space, well maintained property, clean and tidy rooms, also attached to a restaurant called iyyengar cafe. They serve good south and north indian food and the taste is good as well. So you don't have to travel somewhere else for bf, lunch and dinner. Booking online is the best option possible as rooms when booked in person costs twice as much as it does. One down side is the mosquitoes at this property, even though the doors and windows were closed, we found more and more mosquitoes entering the room. Later figured they were all coming for the ac duct as the other end is open. The Hotel Le Garden management needs to take care of this problem immediately if not customes will have a really tough time at the property. My kids face was covered with mosquito bites and when i complained to the reception, they said they couldn't do much about the situation and i found that annoying and surprising. We had requested for a mosquito bat but they didn't provide that either. Except for this, this is a really nice place to spend while in kumbakonam.

I booked two rooms. Roomsare neat, clean, good air conditioning, spacious, comfortable bed, mattress. As far as room is concerned, very good. But, very bad reception staff, not even one star. They wanted e to pay for what i did not order. No courtesy. Single line-reception is minus to the Hotel Le Garden and i don't prefer next time, not suggest to any one. Reception guys asked 2500 for 6 hours local travel. Where as you get for 1500, which was arranged by rayas. The restaurant is good, the food is very good, but, still in the restaurant staff needs training for at least 6 months.

Stay was comfortable, but facility is not on-par to a three star Hotel Le Garden. Restaurant had limited food choices, looks like the chef took vacation due to which north indian food was not available. And the breakfast buffet food choice was limited as well, staff kept on saying dosa was not part of breakfast package and toast can’t be taken out (my kids were not in mood to eat early. Every dish had garlic mixed with it, even in the coconut chutney.

Location - very good and on the main road, easily located food - nice food at a reasonable price amenities - satisfactory services - nice hospitality minus: the location of western toilet inside the restroom and the wash basin is not at comfortable locations and positions. The bathing area needs water outlets of its own. Water got stagnated after the bath hence, could not reuse the restroom until the water drains or dry

We 5 members have stayed in family room for temple trip. It's 2 queen sized bed in single room. We have faced difficulties in bathroom as only one bathroom available due to that have to wake early for temple trips. Western closet is too height to use. Property location is near to town. Food is good. Only 1 liter complimentary water provided per day. Car parking facility is good.

Location is good. Not far away from the railway station. Auto rickshaw charges rs. 100. Hotel is not at the heart of the city. Slightly away, but not far away. Room was good. We stayed for a night. Room was well maintained. Staff are nice. Restaurant is ok. Not much variety. There no other vegetarian restaurants nearby. Overall experience was good. Value for money.

Really I have enjoyed my Stay at the Hotel🏨. All the Staff Members are helped us right from Check in to Check out form Room. Room was Very Clean provided with all amenities. We have taken Tiffin and Milk during Night Dinner at Ayyangar Restaurant downstairs of the Hotel. Coffee and Milk seems to be in Higher Side. No Non Veg Foods are available in the Restaurant.

The rooms were quite comfortable. Bathroom need to be better as water was stagnating and hot water was luke warm. The pure veg restaurant was also made better after feedback given to management. Since kumbakonam is a place of visit by nri families who trace their roots, this Hotel Le Garden is capable of more footfalls and good recommendation in future.

Rooms service is not good, cleaning is not good. Ambient was not good. Environment is not good. Windows screen are not available, after the request it was fitted. Ac was not working properly after compliment it was rectified.

Room is neat and hygienic, front office staff very supportive and informative. Hotel is convenient for temples and site visits.

For me it was a best location. Ad i need to travel both ways. No traffic. Good rooms. Very neat. Very good staffs.

Location is very good, food was good, service was also not bad, but they are not flexible enough with checkout timings. Amenities didn't find any. Don't choose road side rooms as it is on the main road it's noisy till late night.

The stay was good, the food was good, but should improve the ambiance and wash room, head shower and waterflow is not good.

It is a very good Hotel Le Garden for staying, the food is very good, prime location and car parking available. Amenities are also very good.

Rooms are indeed, the staffs are very supportive, the restaurant is good. It is centrally located to visit important temples from this place, even if it is not in the heart of the township. It is sure worth mmt's special discounted rates.

Found the room neat and clean room. Has a decent toilet space. Cordial staff. Good location for further travel.

Hotel is good. Maintain well. Cheaper and economical through booking. Very close to kumbakonam town.

Good and pleasant stay a peaceful mind well response from staffs centre location for all the temples

I called two to three times to get a water bottle but i didn't get any response from reception
