The bed sheet which was there on the bed was not a fresh one. I had asked the house keeping to change. The white covering cloth sheet comfort(blanket) was also not changed. Morning breakfast, the spread was very poor. Multiple dishes of same items has been prepared. Overall not happy with the hotel as of now

Restaurant service was not up to the mark poor breakfast variety room was nice staff at reception was ok ok location was ok but people were drinking in front of hotel ground in groups.

They have zero literacy, they dont know how to talk to customers. Very bad experience.

Courtesy by from front office team is good. Location is in prime location and easy to access.. Food is decent.. Amenities are good..

Well maintained Deluxe Room and Suite; food OK and available timely; Sufficient Parking Space (in front, at owner’s risk).

Room Service was awesome but the Front desk guy at the time of Check out in very early morning was Not good at all, He should at least take some lessons on How to deal courteously with Guests

It was a good and pleasant stay. I stayed with my family. The front office and other people received very well

very Good hotel for stay for couples

All together stay was good, but they need to upgrade their linen as it was not upto the mark, breakfast was ok not that good one more thing charge water bottle on mrp not above it.

The staff here are so humble and helpful.They treated us so well.Rooms were very clean .They respond to your requests very soon .

The staff at the property were very uncompromising and ignorant about the genuine problem we suffered due to our flight delay because of which we had to spend almost 8 hours at the airport. Initially we were supposed to check in at 2. But due to the flight discrepancy we checked in at the hotel at almost 10:30 and the hotel checkout timings were 12. We were here for our daughters mbbs admission process which would not be completed till 12. It would take time till 6 o clock. We had requested the hotel incharge that can u pls extend our checkout timings atleast till 6 for our genuine problem but they did not agree at all or made an effort to talk to the manager also the disappointment comes majorly from the make my trip support team as they ignored our problem and did not make a single effort to help us. They repeatedly said the same sentence that “depends on the hotel we cant do anything” they did not even speak to the hotel incharge. Henceforth i will make sure never to make any bookings from make my trip Thankyou
