property not proper shift to other property

The service was very poor I have stayed there several times because the rooms are good but the service is third class I have to call again again for services.

First time Hotal is better, i m so happy

The room was too small even when i booked club room. I requested for early check in, even paid extra amount at reception to receive the desired room but it was not worth it at all. In addition complementary breakfast was terrible. I stayed there before too. Previous experience was nice but this time it was not at all worth any money

Levava is situated at very centrally & good location pf lucknow - hazratganj. Rooms are good & well equipped with all necessary things, although some times they are late in service. Food is good & tasty. Breakfast menu is comfortably good for veg & non veg lovers

Everything was perfect about this hotel. They allow you to keep luggage also in case you check in early or checkout late

It was lovely to stay right in the heart of Lucknow where everything was just a step away & above all the staff especially Krishna at the reception & Amit at the room service. Keep up the good work👍

Centrally located, nice hotel good staff overall a perfect stay for a day. I have been here many times every time i’ve been treated good and have never had any service issues.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. It was a short distance from the metro station. The staff was friendly. The only negative of staying was that there was a party with loud music happening until 2am

The amenities were excellent, so was the staff, do recommend the breakfast as it was really good, situated in the heart of hazratganj it is one of the best hotels

The property is nice but is located at a very congested and busy hazratganj area. Parking is an issue, but u will get assistance for the same from hotel staff. Security management is commendable and i really appreciate it. Food is good, but don't compare it with your idea of authentic awadhi / lucknawi cuisine. Overall it's good stay.
