However, for the place and the type of people who frequent the town, it is an excellent place to stay. The staff is very polite and understanding. Would like to make special mention of mr. Prateek at the reception desk - he went out the way to make me feel comfortable. Good rooms, good amenities. There is no restaurant so better to have food outside - room service is so-so.

We travel-led with a group of 15 people along with 3 senior citizens and 4 kids. Wanted to list down some of the best part of the property: 1) top of my list is Hotel Mahalaxmi, Near Mahakal Temple manager prateek, he ensure our stay was comfortable and advised us on every step whether from telling the best place for food, personally talking to auto walas to ensure they agree, and took care of all our minor things whatever we asked for. So thank you prateek. 2) second is the location of property, only 5 min away from mahakaleshwar mandir.

It is at a walking distance from mahakaleshwar temple, very convenient for darshan as well as attending bhasma aarti. Mars prateek ji and all staff is very friendly and helpful. They guide us about aarti mahakal many tourist point they also provided cabs and auto at cheaper rate then the market

Best rooms as seen in pictures its good place to stay in ujjain, all facilities are good. Food service, rooms, staffs are good. Place is quite and beautiful. Room is clean, big parking, spaces and near to mahakal temple and high.

The experience was quiet good. Staff was cooperative even friendly. But i got room on second floor. The lift facility is not available there.

Charge for ac room but a not working properly. No lift so senior citizens feel difficult to go to 2nd/3rd floor. Room service is big ziro
