Food - Average Room - Below Average. ( No AC control in room, had to inform reception to control AC temperature. Television speaker was not up to mark. Sound quality was poor at average volume

Good experience. Had nice time Centrally placed Easily approachable. But maintenance is littlevl bit to low Breakfast starts after 8.15 am only

Room service was excellent. Food was tasty. Staff very co - operative.

Location is nice but it's a old school or traditional hotel .. There is lot of electricity issue and staff needs lot of training on basic responsibility

Upon check in , no tv, no 2 towels,the entire wash room go flooded with water as the jet spray was mis behaving .All above resulted in change of room which got rid of minimum one hour after a 9 hour journey from goa to Satara for a mid way stop to Mumbai where two of us as super seniors were experaincing Th e breakfast was reasonably good ,but I believe I will think twice if I have to stay in the hotel My request to pl make the hotel a place where people will enjoy staying regds

Reached little early at 12.30 declined early check in even after rooms were available. Booked a royal suite given premium deluxe room.

1.A/C was not switched on. Inspite of requesting them 3/4 times, nobody gave us the remote to switch it on. 2. drainage pipe of the wash besin was leaking. 3. Towels given to us were wet. & the housekeeping person hd the audacity to tell us to dry it under fan. 4. For dinner, we were told that the items we ordered will take time & so we were told to order smthing else instead. The location of the hotel is very good. But the unprofessional attitude of the staff is a *BIG PUT OFF*

booked ac room ....once we reach no one is there to show your room ...they just hand over keys and told floor ...once reached room ac is off....called receptionist they have centralized ac and having issues.....called 3 to 4 times ...then ac is on but without any flow of air.....never attended problem.....at night they said we can't do anything of ac ....and they know that where will we leave.at night.....food coupon of mmt is not applicable.... receptionist send us to catering... catering send to receptionist for coupon....pathetic service....and make my trip person also not done any help for that stay

it was my first experience in Satara, & Maharaj hotel,... was it's best in hospitality,... Thankyou,...

Ample parking was available. Cleanliness was fine. Food was good but having limited options. Room service was not very prompt. Window glass was covered with newspaper.

Room was nice and clean. Food quality was excellent. Great location. Overall very nice experience.

They charged single water bottle for Rs 63. The receptionist did not bother to give me a bill at the time of check out. He said we don't provide the bill to any customer. Food was a bit costly considering city like Satara.

Location very convenient,Food ..no comments as did not eat there , amenities ..many are available but lack professionalism,e.g. Parking .. spacious but no proper guidance provided for parking neither any markings are available for parking .No security at the entrance ,as entrance to the hotel is having very stiff slope with direct approach to the main road ,& the road is very very busy . Even though each room on west side is having separate area for sitting ,especially on 2 nd floor ,on opposite side,in adjoining building ,on 2 nd floor ,man is keeping lot of pigeons and frequently makes them fly , its most unhygienic and big health hazard for occupants of the hotel to use that area ,as pigeons carry lot of germs which cause dangerous ailments for the human .WiFi .. no password is provided unless asked for . Services .. Had to ask for the pouches of Tea ,coffee ,sugar and milk More professional & courteous approach desired at the reception .In the case of early departure , no any cooperation extended for the snacks parcel, to carry during travel ,even though Break fast is complimentary .🤔

Services r very poor, with repeated call to reception for order no person came

The room is clean and spacious. 6. Tv size is good. 7. Nice space for people working on laptop. 8. Restaurant is also spacious and food taste is average
