Hotel Mahasuara Palace

I visited here from 5 to 9 th july 2024. for cart festival..in this period, I really experienced good attention from the reception, very polite , warm welcome, staff is cooperative, and housekeeping is also good. It was good.. Hotel Mahasuara Palace is close to the beach.. nice swimming pool on the tarrece ,sea view is very beautiful from the terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunrise.. from the terrace as well as enjoy your evening by taking your favorite cocktail. overall I liked the Mahasura . I CAME TO KNOW MAHASURA means PANDAS WHO COOK food ie.BHOG OF THE JAGANNATH . SO SAME AS.. Mahasura Hotel needs to maintain hygiene in the kitchen as the food is called prasad they should check before serving.

This was a awesome experience in Hotel Mahasuara Palace mahasura palace, there service, amenities and staff behaviors were remarkable however front desk staff need little bit more training. There restaurant and food also very good. Restaurant staff are so friendly. This Hotel Mahasuara Palace is super suitable for those who are going with there little todler. If the Hotel Mahasuara Palace tariff would little less then its a best Hotel Mahasuara Palace in puri. Swimming pool also clean and maintained. Will visit this Hotel Mahasuara Palace again. Make my trip help me to get this Hotel Mahasuara Palace.

We travel-led during durga puja 2023. The entrance of the Hotel Mahasuara Palace is very very bad but apart from that i found all other things to be good. We booked a standard room which is of good size with freeze, tea cattle and all other staff. The staff is extremely nice and housekeeping is extremely cooperative with great service. The food is also delicious. Totally worth the money. We booked 2 standard rooms for two days including breakfast and dinner for rs14500(approx) while there was a huge huge rush at puri.

A very good family Hotel Mahasuara Palace to stay. I have booked 2 executive rooms and they have provided 1 partial sea view room but room was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very clean. All over it’s good but regarding food I can’t comment as I didn’t order anything from the Hotel Mahasuara Palace however our breakfast was complimentary and the taste was average from Bengali prospective. one suggestion- don’t book cab for sightseeing from Hotel Mahasuara Palace as they will overcharge.

The entire trip was wonderful, with excellent Hotel Mahasuara Palace accommodations, staff, and amenities. However, i would request make my trip to share complete details when referring to any Hotel Mahasuara Palace. For example, this time, i booked an executive room, expecting it to have a sea view, but upon arrival, i learned that a sea view room would cost an additional 2000 rs. Per day. If this information had been available on the site, perhaps the room rent could have been slightly lower.

The location of the Hotel Mahasuara Palace is bang on the main road beside swarga dwar, but the entrance to the Hotel Mahasuara Palace is terrible. Rooms are a bit less spacious, specially of those on the roof top, but are well decorated and maintained. Food is also good to taste and room service is prompt. The best part of the Hotel Mahasuara Palace is the roof top swimming pool, from where you can have front view of the sea.

The location was great! the room was very clean with great decoration, comfortable king bed, spacious bathroom. Also there was free wi-fi in all the Hotel Mahasuara Palace premises! the breakfast & lunch was very good with hot dishes. Excellent staff & they are helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

Very good behavior of all staffes. They also priveded services before we want. Exellent atmosphere in this Hotel Mahasuara Palace. But tariff is little big costly and no exact entrance and no personal car parking overall is good. Hope they will manage their entrance gate properly

Location is good. Entrance is bad. I did not try food there. Staffs are good and well behaved. Swimming pool is worth enjoying.

Nicely located property in front of beach however rooms were congested. Food was awsome. Nice hospitality and nice staff. Infinity pool is best at this Hotel Mahasuara Palace and enjoyed a lot. Must go for this property for pool view. En-trace is through congested market.

Excellent facilities, good ambience, hospitality is great, near to which i need to go to visit, good food, suits all types of people whether couple, single or with family.

Hotel rooms are clean. Room service is good. Stuff behaviour was polite. But food is not so good. Must stay again.

The hospitality offered by Hotel Mahasuara Palace staff was par excellence. Rooms were good with all basic amenities. It was a pleasant stay 😊

Room condition was good. Curtain was falling, food very spicy. Variety in food was unavailable. Be-nu the cleaning boy however was very good. He was very polite and did his job efficiently

The entrance to the Hotel Mahasuara Palace has to be taken care of asap ! location is good but entrance is bad ! the cleanliness can be better. O’wise polite staffers - room problems are taken care of immediately.
