Hotel Malabar kasol

So disgusting no service , no food quality, no kettle , towels smelly, I recommend t all others stay in Dharamshala rather in this hotel at so high price. Really I made a big mistake that I booked it

Location was good and staff was also nice.., but the basic amenities was not available in room..,towels were smelly and most important was that they allow guest to bring big speakers which guest play all the night in full volume which should not be allowed in hotel as other people staying there get disturbed.

Excellent room but average service. No in room beverage was provided. Even kettle was not there. Not even cups . Food was good but very expensive

property and location was all good but the main concern was breakfast menu they only have 3-4 option to serve daily nothing is changed

Property is near to volvo station and with luxury and specious rooms. Good is very much delicious and service is outstanding.

The hotel room was warm, cozy, clean, nice space with nice view with a polite staff.

The rooms are good with centralised heating arrangements, hotel is easily approachable and on main road, means easily to locate. Staff is humble, food is good tasty but was no buffet still satisfied.

Very nice experience with this hotel. Staff was good. They were very polite and friendly nature. Overall experience was good.

Hotel has good infrastructure helpful staff. Property location is within reach. Food and services are good. Hotel manger is genuine person.

Very bad rooms ac werent working continuous power cuts have to change room multiple times

This property is very nicely located in kasol near to volvo bus station easy to cover all sight sens near to the property. Rooms are very much spacious and service is superb. Food is very delicious.

The hotel was clean and well located. Food & service was good. No complementry tea coffee/ water / provided in the room.

Property location and food were amazing. They need to work on providing basic amenities which they provide only when you ask for. I am supposed to ask for soap, tissue which are purely basic for hotel grade it is.

This hotel is super amazing, just next to the kasol volvo pvt. Parking. The market is also nearby. Very easy to locate and super clean. Rooms and washrooms were modern and clean. Staff were super friendly and cooperative. The view from hotel was also very nice. Safe for families too.

It’s an excellent hotel at the heart of the little town of kasol. Their service and room quality is excellent. Price is reasonable.

I was staying in this hotel malabar kasol. The behaviour of staff is very rude and arrogant. The person at reception doesn’t know how to behave with a guest. Our mattress was included in the price but they were behaving like they are giving it for free. Their response was - “hum provide nahi kr skate apko jo krna hai kr lijiye. Hotel chhod ke ch-ale jaiye but hum nahi provide kr skte”. Also there were mosquitoes inside the room. And there was no coffee maker at first, after we requested a lot- they provided coffee maker but the milk powder provided to us was expired in 2021 almost 2 yrs old.
