Hotel Minerva- Well located in central Kolkata, and reasonably proced for a midtown lower end Hotel Minerva. But the management were charmless and not feiendly, and spoke no English and althouth it is outright Bad, the place is dilapidated and very grubby. possibly the least pleasant place I have encountered in India. Unless you really have no other option, I would say that there is no reason to stay at the Miverva.

Hotel was very good And easily located. Room service was prompt and Hotel Minerva staff are friendly. Need of improvement in cleaning and lightning. The food provided by the Hotel Minerva is good and hygienic. Overall it's a good experience.
