Worst experience ever. They are not professional at all. Foul smell from room, AC not working. Breakfast was included during booking,but they have no arrangment. What a nightmarish experience. We have booked three rooms in this hotel a for three nights ut the service of the hotel is very pathetic. They never clean your room after you have checked in and when you ask the reason for not servicing the room they tell that we do not open the guest room unless the guest ask for the service. They even themsel Es as it that there is no safety in this hotel hence they do not open the room. The food service is also very slow in their restaurant, we had to wait for hours to get one chappati served. Please do not plan to have you lunch or dinner at this hotel since the service is not at all good. They have only one cook and one server and they do not care even if you complaint. The rooms weeee having musty smell, and when complained they just spray the room freshener which lasts for few seconds. Also the room was not properly cleaned before ha ding over the same, as we got left behind condons packet of previous guest which was very disgusting. Overall I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Decent hotel, clean and nice, might seem a little expensive though, the staff may seem a bit rude, rooms were fine

The first night our room was not ready and a foul smell was coming from the room. So we were given another room which had a lot of mosquitos. Next day we were shifted to our original room, but still the foul smell persisted but was less. Other things were fine but would say a litttle expensive for the experience we got. Overall staff was polite and responsive.

Well organized and pleasant rooms. Location is also suitable to org-anise the days in varanasi. This hotel luckily got to my selection and now going to be my home away whenever we need to visit varanasi.

The stay was very comfortable and cozy, but one and only single thing i want to mention is we requested the hotel manager to extend our stay for 3 more hours by taking extra charges for that if possible as we are having our train scheduled within 4 hours, but they denied it completely. Not a problem with that, overall experience was fantastic.
