Hotel Mirana,Tinsukia

In first half an hour of chech in, three times electricity went off. The hotel took 5 mins each time to start the generator. I specially opted for this hotel as it provides Jaccuji in presidential Suite. But when we filled it with water, it has a yellow hue to it similar to the colour of urine. Check in experience in itself was pathetic, the receptionist herself offered to pick up the luggage from the car and after some time the boy came. There were also few mosquito in presidential suite. When we ordered dinner, they mentioned that the many items in the menu are not even available. Then what is the use of keeping a menu inside the room. When asked in morning, they only had two item for breakfast to choose from, puri sabji an aloo paratha. During checkout, they kept some tea packets for sale at the reception counter.we said that we want to purchase them. They took like 20 mins to decide the price evn though MRP was clearly mentioned in the packets. They were unclear whether to decide to give it in tha particular MRP or not. Again unprofessional. The location itself is inside a ally and not in a main road. It really seems that I came in a very local sort of hotel and not a branded one as I expected. Only good point was that when we arrived in the room, a manager was there to welcome us there and spoke in a professional manner. I don't know the name but only person in entire hotel who knows what professional behaviour is. I stayed in room no. 317 presidential suite. The view from the presidential suite was a ware hous which seemed spooky in night time. If a girl is travelling alone, it would suggest not to choose this hotel. The location

Nice accomodation and facilities. F&B is good. However, it was a disappointment that the swimming pool was closed.

The stay at mirana was good and comfortable. The best thing is their food which is quite flavorful and good plus they have a 24*7 kitchen service too. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Good stay, rooms are big, there is sufficient space for the inner room and toilets, food is good but a little prised.

Pros - 1. The location of the hotel is good. 2. Hotel room is neat and clean. 3. Food is good. 4. Room service is good. Cons - 1. The room is small compared to the price paid. 2. There are 2 nos. Single bed and we booked for 3 person, which is totally uncomfortable for 3 person. Not at all worthy for 3 person. 4. There is a led tv in the room but the remote was not working. 5. The electric kettly socket was not working the same needs to be carried to other corner for operation. 6. I have booked the hotel room for family reunion and booked the hotel as there was a swimming pool, when asked for that the hotel reception said there was maintenance going on with water tank, hence it is non operational. However i requested to provide for only 2 hours, the guy is the reception agreed and they let us know the same is ready at about 7 pm, but when we went to the pool the water was dirty and they have not changed the water for last 3 days. Disappointed if the pool was non operational the hotel could have omitted the same from amenities available.

The rooms are good clean and comfortable but comparison of 4600 the rooms can be better in terms of bathroom and others. Also food items are not upto marked and can be better comparing to price. 3

The infrastructure is good. Although the employees are slightly untrained. Receptionists were busy discussing their personal issues while i had come and they led me to a wrong room. The one who led me to the room did not even know the category of the room. Hallways were messy. The food was good though. So, kindly take care of that.

We booked 2 rooms for 6 people. Beds are small to adjust 3 persons in one room.

Rooms are good but service needs to scale up. They charge u for early check in even if they have rooms ready and most of us reach tinsukia early morning because rajdhani reaches tinsukia station by 5am - 6am.

Everything is good. Food quality could have been better. Hotel is well located and maintained properly.

The hotel was wondering, room was very neat, spacious and clean, bathroom was very clean, very spacious. Hotel staffs were all very polite and warm. Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone travel-ling to tinsukia.

Property location bad. Too much construction nearby. Room sizes was extremely big. Room service was not good. Breakfast was poor.
