I recently visited dalhousie and while i was looking for Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned)s for my stay, i came across this Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned) mount view. I scrolled through the pictures and decided to book the same for my stay. I think that was my wise decision and i am totally happy about my stay with them. The Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned) has a good location, located near market from where stores, small cafe, medical store is easily accessible. Just 2 mins walk from the bus stand. On arrival, i was greeted by staff and offered a welcome drink. The check-in process was so quick and easy, immediately after check-in we were taken to our rooms. While we were passing through their lawn area, we were mesmerized by its beauty and the landscaping that they have done. The Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned) actually has a mountain view and it offers beautiful scenic view. They have open terrace cafe facing the mountains, where you can enjoy your tea/coffe/drinks along with food. The Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned) also offers spa, gym and has an art store in their premises. Now coming to the food, our stay included the breakfast and dinner. During dinner they have live music session going on, which adds charm to your dinning experience. They serve both veg and non veg food and jain meals are also available on request. Their breakfast and dinner spread are good and have multiple options. In dinner they had served us chicken curry and chicken soup, both were delicious. We were serviced by mr. Puran, he was very good at his service and offered us best service. He took care of our food needs and made sure we're served hot rotis. I was craving for gulab jamun and the dessert offered was moon g dal halwa, mr. Puran it seems read our mind and bought two bowls of gulab jamun on our table. He was very courteous and quick in his service. The entire staff here at this Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned) is kind and helpful. The rooms are decently sized and has television, wardrobe, kettle, heater as few of the basic amenities in the room. The rooms service is quick and rooms are well cleaned. Overall a beautiful experience staying at mount view. I definitely recommend this Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned) if you are looking for a relaxing stay with comfort.

I travel a lot and being a resident of gurugram delhi, himachal has always been my favorite getaway place. I have been to dalhousie twice and this was my third time in dalhousie. I had visited this Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned) in august 2023 for a quick lunch but was unable to explore the Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned). I had put this Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned) in my travel list. Starting from the very moment of checking in to the Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned), i was really famished by the mesmerizing view this Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned) offers. This Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned) has the lovely view of the mountains from your room. I had booked the presidential suite and it had more than all the amenities that you could have expected. The room service is superfast. All the staffs were really courteous and well behaved. The food is absolutely delicious and they have their own bakery. I would suggest having their desserts and cakes. They are really splendid. I would specially thank mr. Raj and mr. Rohit for organising the celebration of my wife's birthday arrangements and kaka uncle for being their all the time to address any needs in the resturant or room services. I again say my heartiest thanks to all the staff and for their services and making us comfortable and important at all times. The stay was amazing. Rooms were good. We booked deluxe patio room and a standard room. They both were good. Food was actually amazing to my surprise and the their service was too. Puran ji from the restaurant is a gentleman and served us for our entire duration of the stay, and made the dining experience much better. He wouldn’t let us get up from the table even for buffet services and served us everything we needed on the table. The only thing which i didn’t like ( though was not a dealbreaker for me as we were not in the rooms for long and were outside sightseeing, some construction was going on at the standard room side and they would start at around 9 am. That was a bit inconvenient as we like to wake up a little late while on vacation and that hammering in the morning bothered a bit. Also, it is mentioned that standard rooms are also centrally heated but they are not, our standard room had an lg air conditioner which they used to maintain the room temperature. This was a bit disappointing.

the Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned) is at good location of Dalhousie bus stand and has a terrific view of the valley, awesome views to capture. the FnB staff is friendly and are of great services, the food is of great taste. I will give 5 out of 5 stars for FnB services. housekeeping staff is also quite responsive. the biggest odd is the reception staff. they are very rough and rude sometimes in their approach.I was allocated a room which didn't had valley view inspite of opting for it at the time of booking. I had to wait for one full day to get a room on higher floor that was allocated after speaking to higher up. this is simply unacceptable that room allocation gets so partial in many Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned)s where until one speaks doesn't gets the right room. in short reception staff needs a lot of improvement while interacting with customers. we also experienced a insect in the room so cleanliness inside the rooms should be of top priority.

Simply beautiful, great ambience, amazing hospitality, great staff, excellent food. Everything we expect from a good Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned). Special mention and thanks to some of the staff members, raj for always being there to help, puran to always remember our preferences and serve us with a smile, harish and jassi for cooking up some great food menu and also the uncle kaka ji at our room who was always so jovial and ready to help us with our in room dining order. The only small think which holds out which maybe the Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned) can work on is the variety of breakfast layout, maybe a few additional dishes, but a very small thing. I did this booking off the cuff without going into details on location, room view etc. Our stay for a day has been extremely satisfactory. The Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned) is situated on the rood next to the bust-stand and the taxi stand. Rooms are well maintained, the highlight being the open terrace that looks across the valley into the distant snow clad pier panjal ranges. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. F&b services are great! the rains gave us a chance to spend the evening at the Hotel Mount View (Centrally Air Conditioned) itself, which was a boon in disguise. The ambience in the night when the lights come on is astounding. The barman is a good mixologist, whipping up cocktails in no time. Recommended for all!

The property was located at a very accessible location. There were stores nearby to fulfill any needs. The view from the property was breath-taking. The rooms are very spacious and has amazing view. Ours was the room with valley view and it was beautiful. We also included breakfast and dinner, and it was the best decision we made. You don't have to go through the hustle of finding a restaurant or ordering, the food at the property itself was mind blowing. They also have a small play area, our 2 year old baby enjoyed it. My wife also used the spa facility, and her experience was amazing. There is nothing that i would complain about during my stay at the property. Everything was worth 5 star rating.

I am staying here forth times and i liked the property becouse of its ambience and its food and also because of its service.

The location, food, and staff are good. Only drawback is they should have a heated washroom. It's difficult to survive in -3 climate

Nice and pleasant stay the outdoor area is really fantastic. Food was good and staff was also very nice. Only thing i don’t like was, there room window was facing cafe area, hence its not possible to open up the curtain and enjoy view. Although valley view was mentioned in room description but it’s its practically available.

Rooms are cozy. Food taste and quality is great. Staff is helpful and service is also good.
