Hotel Mysore Palace

Room was not cleaned properly. Hot water was not given. There was no wifi. No proper parking. Front desk was not friendly

Good location, nice ambience, all over good experience to visit here…good place to visit with family

1. Toilet basin flush was not working & manually poured water to clear the sit (unforgettable moment till lifetime) 2. Bathroom & toilets were not clean. 3. 1 ltr water bottle only served for 4 people's (2 adults & 2 kids. Terrible. 4. The restaurant was closed and struggled a lot for food.

Hotel was good but need some improvement in washroom. Mattresses cover should be replaced.

I searched this hotel, and booked premium room. Room is pretty spacious and good. Food is not available & pantry is completely closed we went outside to find and get food all times. Hot water is available on morning session but as soon we requested they switched on solar. Air cooler / tv and telephone we couldn't able to access due to remote repair. Bed spread/ blanket and towel is bit old. Area is quite peaceful but if all things worked well we could have enjoyed much more!

The stay was decent and well maintained, rooms are clean, staff was responding on time, without any thought we can book this stay

Rooms were ok, bathrooms were stinky & not usable at all. Weve requested them to clean washroom, but they were not bothered to do so.

Worst hotel ever been, bk d for 2 days but checked in at 8. 30pm into uncleaned and hygienic room. After initial argument they did some basic toilet cleaning. Realized the tv had no settop box and ac was not functioning, a gaining after insisting the staff promised to rectify by next morning. We left the hotel by 7. 30am next day and requested the staff to finish the work (gave the keys too. We returned back by 8pm with no improvement. Lodged a complained with makemytrip. Please avoid this hotel at any cost.

Came for a day to mysore with a wife & kid and this is quite decent place to stay. Small hotel but clean hygienic & spacious rooms. Parking is outside a hotel on footpath next to road and one restaurant also on ground floor for serving all your basic needs. Great view of chamundi hills & lalitha mahal palace nearby to this hotel

Hospitality was very poor. No proper person to receive our calls and in person in reception. Had horrible time during stay. During checkout, no one to hand over the keys. Hence had to keep it table and moved away

The hotel price was more than 7k including the taxes. While booking mmt told 2 adults and 2 kids allowed. But given bed was just a double bed and for extra bed i had to pay extra. Tv was not working and bathroom exhausts were not covered. Not safe and insects were coming inside. Overall it worth may be 2 to 3k hotel. But mm t charged me 7k. Deeply disappointed. I will never use mm t again.

No room service, only one man handle all things like manager, romm boy. No clean. Rashly answering. Pols don’t refer to other customers

We book the and it's filled with hotel stuff. Top of that they want to cancel the order. We booked different room and they gave different room. We paid close to 4500rs for room semi dulex. Is it worth. Worst is mysore palace. Never recommend to anyone

It was horrible to stay at this hotel. There is no house keeping staff, no room service. Rooms are very small with dirty bed and towel. Due to lack of staff, it is difficult to have any assistance from them. Even for morning tea, one has to go to a small restaurant inside the hotel which provides unhygienic food. Better to avoid these types of hotels. Makemytrip should eliminate these types of hotels from its list.

Although we requested for an extra bed we were not given an extra bed but we were charged for it.

No service, dingy rooms, narrow washroom, small bed size, misfitting doors. no exhaust fan in wash room. paid for one night for 4 adults, 3 kids but rooms were not enough for even two persons. Completely misleading ad and double charging for 2 rooms. Not worth even 4000/-. No to this hotel in future

Not Provided room as I booked. Reception person asked me that if you go through Online it will happen.

maintaince is worst , lights won't off, tv is broken already,no hot water, no drinking water ......and the bed is very small for 5.8 height people also.....restaurant wont send food, .....it's worst
