**The location is quite far from the city. They do not provide mineral water, only local bottled water, and charge per bottle. We also noticed a rat in the restaurant, which was disappointing. The room was clean and tidy, but the bathroom was not properly maintained. Although our booking included complimentary breakfast, the restaurant staff had no information about it. When we enquired, they seemed confused and kept asking whether it was included or not.*

Washroom was pathetic- not clean, taps and commode had algae , no room cleaning, the receptionist asked us to leave as there were lot of ppl coming over despite having the pre booking with all the payment done. Though we didn’t leave. Not a good exp in terms ofhygiene

No water supply. I m waiting for water since 0800 hrs but issue not resolved. horrible experience. I want my money bac No water supply.

Clean rooms and Polite staff. Prompt room service and food from restaurant is pretty decent too. Variety of room is quite diverse.

Easy checkin and location was good . The local food around the restaurant was delicious. The rooftop view and the cafe was a plus at the location. Must recommend.

The hotel was neat and clean. The staff was nice and friendly and available 24/7. The services are fast. The food could be a bit better but rather than that it was a great stay.

The whole room was dirty, bedsheets, bathroom! and to take bath in the morning, i had to use the bathroom of the other room. Overall, the room was very dirty.

My experience with naman very third class. Basically my complain to make my trip because this property is something else and you people show something else. Bathroom not clean bad not clean and room also third class. I request you please contact me on call.

The washroom tiles were broken. Dirty water was leaking from the washbasin. There were 2 unclean towels for 5 people. The bed spread was also not clean. Very bad experience.

Amazing experience, good quality food and had a great service. I recommend this hotel for sure. Have a great day!
