I have looser. From make my trip. Regarding hotel nathula. Gangtok. The rooms was so darty it's like 4th class labour. After antry we have quit from this hotel. Our money was totally loss. I think it's chit-ting with us.

Unhygienic and unclean

Hotel rooms are unhygienic, uncleaned. On the bed sheet to many shades and lipstick colours were spoted. Uncleaned towels and mugs. Water was given in a very dirty mug. Too much time was wasted to give a room. Uncomfort bed. Mannerless hotel boys. Give water or tea by putting fringer inside the drink. With the same price hotel dew pond gives very good service.

Nathula hotel location is very good but room are not upto mark. Dranage is flowing continuously its very disturbing and all taps of washroom was leaking.

You booked in july. That is lock-down time. Only one staff operate the hotel. So what service are you expecting from 1staff?

It’s very nice. Didn’t disturb us. Hygiene was well maintained.
