Ac not working. Tv not working. Sanitary is bad. Over all a night stand is ok. But facility is bad.

2. 5 below average. Dirty rooms worn-out wall papers damaged wall coatings & false ceilings and filthy toilets no hot water. Untidy staff. Need management proper attention. Tv without any facility to watch even live budget news etc.

It was horrible. The room was not clean at all. Bathroom was the worst. No hygiene kept. There were cockroaches in the room. Terrible experience. Had to check out one day early

Room was very unhygienic and toilet was smelling very bad and geyser not working as we waited for 15 to 20 minutes for hot water and the tv was not working very bad experience

I have changed the room during my stay. For first room (407, the window are broken, bathroom fixtures are broken, door locked so i am suffered very much. Ceiling are broken. Tv remote was not available, ac was very old and to worked properly, for second room (408, the room and toilet was full of toilet smell, the drainage system are reversed to room, its very uncomfortable to satya in room with toilet smell. To was not working, phones are not working, wifi passwrod not given. Fan regulator was also not working. I dont need discount. Need refund my money

Hygiene problem

Poor service, hotel was not clean, smell was there toilet. Main door not closing properly. Toilet door not closing properly. Glass window was not closing. I think owner was not paying attention to hotel

Hotel is decent and can be considered. Room and furnishings were neat and clean. There was no electric kettle in the room. It is at excellent location

I booked a room in kumkum palace, vesu gam, surat. The booking was made for 3 adults and 1 kid. I was expecting basic services from the hotel like geyser, fan, tv and clean room but the hotel failed on all 4 fronts. 1. The moment i checked in, i discovered that the tv wasn't working. I highlighted it to the hotel and in response they got an android tv remote and mentioned that only youtube will work on that tv. I said okay and adjusted with that. 2. Further i noticed that the washroom door lock is faulty. Without fixing that, it was not possible to use the toilet as the door was getting opened by air. I asked hotel for a room change, but as they were sold out, they offered me a lock fix, which i agreed to. But the guy came when i was about to leave for a family function. I waited and got the toilet lock fixed. 3. I complained that the hot water tap was not working. The water was freezing cold. They told me that hot water will take 15 minutes. I said okay and adjusted with cold water. Nobody told me that they have a solar heater and hot water will not come in the morning for a few hours after sunrise. In the morning when i complained about the hot water, the response was it is not just your room but all hotel rooms are suffering and because everyone was adjusting quietly, i had to adjust too. No alternative solution provided. When i raised my voice and demanded hot water, they arranged hot water boiled on gas. Again their focus was on my tone and how rude i was sounding. Providing customers some alternative support was not even in their thoughts. ( by the way, the geyser was part of their advertised feature amenity list. 4. The room fan was operating either on zero or on 5. Nothing in between. I did not escalate it and adjusted with no fan. (my mistake. Now it is going to hurt the next customer) 5. The toilet flush button is not properly fixed. It used to pop out when pressed. Again i highlighted it but staff convinced me and i adjusted with that as well. 6. Hotel staff was extremely rude and careless. Their tone was like, ab problem hain to hum kaya kar sakte hain? they were accepting problems but not offering solutions. They had problems about my harsh tone and language but nobody was actually interested in solving problems. If you guys want to save your trip, avoid this hotel.

Rooms: very good clean and tidy rooms. Bathrooms are recently renovated and are clean. Room service: found staff to be helpful and courteous. Location: in center of vesu, and good food options in the complex and nearby. Our stay was pleasant.
