soloIt was a great stay, but the facilities provided by the hotel are not satisfactory because tv, wifi, and basin tap water are not working in the room. It would be great if these facilities were available.

After booking the receptionist asked me for an extra 300 rs. Room conditions are very bad. Very poor service.

Extream harrasment!

Confirmd booking through make my trip, paying full price, also called the hotel regarding confirmation (hotel number was given by make my trip booking confirmation page) and hotel also confirmed my booking. But the scheduled booking day i reached the hotel they just denied my booking!
