Not for family stay

The location is very good, but there is no security in the hotel. Only 2 staff manages the hotel. Rooms are not hygienic at all. There are tiny bugs everywhere, even on bed. Nothing is provided like bath soap, shampoo, towel. Even bucket & mug is not available in the bathrooms. Drunken people are shouting, breaking glasses etc. At night. Only a single staff member is trying to manage all the conflicts. No security in the hotel. A very very horrible experience with family. The restaurant was nice, which is situated on the 2nd floor. Not recommended at all.

Rude behaviour

groupThey said they were going to deny check in on booking if extra amount is not paid. I paid inr 3,026 extra. Extra amount is not that a big issue but their behavior was terrible. That too they demanded this one day before check in upon inquiry about booking on 10/06/2022 to be specific. What can a person do one day before if such an incident occurs?
