Pathetic experience

Firstly hotel staff at reception was denying that they have any booking from MMT after 20minutes of calling here and there they allow us to checkin. Rooms were very dirty, specially bed sheet and pillow covers. No warm drinking water facility for child.

Hotel have specious and clean room. All basic facility available. Only issue is, stay rooms situated on 2nd floor onward and they never start lift. Hotel manager always ask us to pay in hotel.
