Staff is cooperative, bathrooms were clean but the room floors were bit dusty. In the gallery, there are many ac exhausts causing heat in the lobby but rooms are air-conditioned. Hotel owner provides Shikara boats for backwaters at reasonable rates so no need to find by your own. So overall good experience and rating I would say it is a very good Hotel O Flagship Hotel Gago.
