When i was reached hotels door closed & no one getting response for check -in so i returned from this place and stay at other location. My refund of money is still pending. And also i mailed to mmt but still no response from them. Please process my refund asap.

businessबहुत बेकार होटल, बाथरूम बहुत गंदा था जिसमे भयंकर बदबू आ रही थी, चद्दर इतनी मैली थी की बता नहीं सकते और दूसरी चद्दर के लिए बोला गया तो बताया गया की चद्दर नही है। AC बिल्कुल काम नहीं कर रही थी, सुबह नहाने के समय पानी नहीं था तो बाथरूम में आधा घंटे तक इंतजार करना पड़ा अत्यंत दयनीय स्थिति
